Wanted to take a minute to thank the hospitable and warm staff of Neeraj Naturecare for taking such good care of me and my parents when we visited them 15-18 Dec. The family room we booked was very comfortable and clean. The room had a gorgeous view of the Ganges and the mountains. The service was very prompt and efficient, they made sure to cater to our requests. The staff and the security were very thoughtful and alert to the needs of the elderly. The restaurant staff Rakesh and Rajendra pampered us with their service; we of course ended up overeating! Thank you Team Neeraj for the warm hospitality and the beautiful memories.

Enjoy it for it's hospitality and amazing ganga view riverside, calmness, relaxing, in the vicinity of the famous aarti ghats - these summed my experience of staying at this cool place. Rooms and bathrooms are luxurious with all necessities provided. The staff was very hospitable by pampering us at the restaurant serving us with hot paranthas and pooris and filling our stomach with the relinquished taste of the food. Staff is very courteous and does not take much time to fulfill your requests. If you have got sometime, do go for their massage for an soothing experience and calm body. The hotel is aesthetically designed with beautiful motifs and scent of the beautiful flowers in their hallway. They have a back garden entry that is accessible to the river and the famous triveni ghat, and a long balcony outside the restaurant and each floor where you can just sit and enjoy the sound of ganga. I would suggest to book a room with the view so that you wake up to the sound of ripples from the river.
