Property is good and best part is staff every single member was smiling and very helpful. Food was good. But with given rooms it was pricy, even considering Ganga view I was expecting better & bigger rooms. Giving a 4 majorly because of staff.

Good staff, great location... But my room location was somewhere near the kitchen so the buzzing sound of cooler was almost constantly on which actually pissed my wife off totally.. So 201 room is useless no view nothing and buzz on..

If you are looking for a place to enjoy with your family or alone, like visiting Janki Jhula, Ram Jhula, and taking Aarti at Triveni Ghat, this place is not suited for you. It is located outside the main Rishikesh, and you need to take a car or auto to reach the main Rishikesh after crossing the market area (5 km). Therefore, it is better to stay in a hotel in the main Rishikesh at this price. The locality where this hotel is situated is not good; the area is merely dump. They have very few rooms with a clear view of Ganga, and those are very costly. They have another property at Neeraj Ganga Heritage Cottage near Triveni Ghat, which is good. The 4-star rating is given for cleanliness, hospitality, and food(a Bit Costly), and the hotel doesn't deserve 4.7 rating

Hotel Neeraj Ganga Cottage is located at the bank of the Holi Ganga river near Triveni Ghaat in Rishikesh. Its Restaurant dining area and many other rooms face the serene and tranquil Ganga river bed. Hotel rooms are very spacious, clean, hygienic, well arranged, and elegant. The person at the reception and other staff members behave diligently with pleasant and smiling faces. Their welcome on arrival and seeing off with calendars and diaries as gifts give a feel of a ceremonial ritual and assure of homely treatment. The inhouse restorant serves homelike tasty and hot food with diligence and personal touch. Food charges too are appropriately suited. In totality, the hotel is a home away from home.

My wife and I stayed here from 14th September for 3 nights in room no 105. Excellent view of Ganges from our room balcony and even from our bed. Very polite and courteous staff Neha &Rohit at the reception, the restaurant staff & Vimal ji at the entrance. Had a very good experience talking to them. They food served at the hotel was Excellent including a very good layout of Breakfast. The staff would gladly serve us freshly made hot Parathas, Pooris, Dosas n Baturas at our table. Very good experience. Keep it up Team Neeraj Ganga Cottage. Would definitely want to come again.

The room was lavish and very comfortable. The best part was that the ghat was directly accessible from the back side (balcony), and the river view from the room was absolutely stunning – both during the day and at night. The ghat was not crowded at all, so we could easily take a dip in the Ganga, which made the experience even more special. Just sitting in the room and enjoying the view was so relaxing – if we had more time, we would have definitely extended our stay. The restaurant also offered a beautiful river view, exactly as shown in the photos, which made dining even more enjoyable. From the property, you can also see the Rajaji National Park at the back of the river, with mountains and clouds creating a breathtaking sight. The food was good, and the reception staff was polite and helpful. However, the breakfast staff was not very attentive, which can be improved. Do note that main attractions like Ram Jhula are a bit far from this property. Overall, a wonderful stay mainly for the beautiful river view, peaceful ghat access, and serene atmosphere.
