The views were good but the stay and the rooms were poor and not as shown in the hotel's pictures.The food was awful ,do not eat from the restaurant by the hotel but eat from outside.

Serene Riverside Stay for Ultimate Relaxa

I recently stayed at Ganga Forest View, situated right on the riverbank, and its location was undoubtedly its biggest highlight. The serene environment, with the gentle sound of flowing water and a picturesque view, made it a perfect escape from the city's hustle. The peaceful surroundings created an ideal setting for relaxation. The service was good, though it’s worth noting that food had to be ordered from outside, as the hotel didn’t have an in-house restaurant. Another small downside was the lack of accommodation for drivers. However, if your goal is simply to unwind and enjoy nature, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Costlier place and far distance from Ram, Sita and Laxman Jhula. Few rooms bathroom locks not proper working. Rooms don't have direct view of river, you have to go in garden area to show river view Also costlier food due to they buy food from other hotels and restaurants then serve you E.G. If you order cold coffee, they order to another restaurant and deliver to you. Suppose, In another restaurant, cold coffee price is 50 ₹ then they charge you 90 ₹ of that cold coffee.

Dear sir Thanks for your review we sincerely apologise for inconvenience caused to you. But Your stay was room only price and no meal included in your room price and you have to pay for what you ordered. And all the rates were mentioned in our menu before your ordering since you had trouble in wifi it was beyond our control cause of Holi festival and all the Jio employees were on holiday on the day of your stay. We still offered you free cancellation at the time of your stay but you denied at that time. We sincerely apologise for the troubles you faced in our property and sometimes things are beyond control cause of timings.
