It was one of the bad experience with this hotel including MMT services. I reached to hotel at around 2 PM while I went for the check in, so they told us this a room deluxe room. I ask him to give me the other deluxe room. Actually, what room I have search, I have seen in the application so that was about around 400 ft.² room, okay so while I reached to check-in, they provided me the around 100 ft.² of room that was very small for my family. It was very bad experience and when I asked to hotel person, so they told me there is only one single room in their hotel in the category of deluxe. So this was very difficult for me to stay there with the such category of the rooms they have provided, and it was very bad experience with this hotel, including MMT. I have added the name of MMT because I called to MMT customer care. They told me they will be helping me out, but they have not helped me anyway because they asked me to send an mail and they will discuss with the hotel Person But after discussion, they have not provided me any kind of the help from their side. Even they told me to share any voucher once everything will be will be erased, so I have just sent them a couple of photos and ask them to help me out, but I stayed there around two days, but in two days, I have not received any kind of the help from MMT as well. Along with these all the things, the basic things were not available in the washroom like bucket, jugs and more things. Secondly in the parking area. The parking area was also not good and the parking was the outside of this, but not sure how that parking was safe for us.
