The pool was too small and the deluxe room was very small and there was no hill view room . The food was alright.

Perfect Stayz gives budget friendly stays options with neat and clean infrastructure!! Keep it up !!

This is a terrible hotel and a complete waste of money. The location is absolutely awful; no auto or cab driver wants to come here. The food is below average, so if you are traveling with family, I would not recommend this hotel at all

Food n services are very good. Staff members are very much cooperative. Facilities are also appreciable but location is much poor .

Good experience. I had an excellent stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in was smooth and quick, and I immediately felt welcomed. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, ensuring everything remained fresh and tidy.

Terrible parking experience. No breakfast provided till 8.45 am . Smelly rooms. Dont go cheap pricing and terrible terrible stay

The property is in a secluded location like it's surrounded by a dumpyard between construction sites and buffalo poop...as soon as we switched on the Ac /exhaust in the washroom the whole room started smelling like cattle poop...we have to walk around 1 Km between the mud and animal poop to even get an auto its that secluded of an area!! Even the breakfast was bad!! It ruined my entire Rishikesh experience!! Wouldn't live here for free!!!

Hotel staff behaviour were rude. We have booked hill view property but the room we got doesn’t have any view.

I was book this booked this property through Makemytrip on 24.08.2025 and i did payment with food at the time of booking through UPI. When i went to this property i found they have no parking in their property they ask to park at abandoned plot which was not belong to them and after that i ask to check the room condition they saw me only one room on ground floor without any proper ventilation. When i ask to give another room they said you have booked deluxe room and we have only one deluxe room if you want another room we will charge extra for another room after and staff also showing bad behaviour. After this incident i have called to Makemytrip for 7 or 8 times to cancel this booking they also denied to cancel and said hotel denied to cancel so we are also not able to cancel ourselves and i booked another property for same day after that without check-in Makemytrip showing in my id that I’m checked in and checked out

Not up to the mark and pictures shows at website is totally different from reality, it is not suitable for family

Property location in poor & facility are also not to up mark .. As per mmt review 4.5 this will not shows upto mark

it's just about ok ... not recommended for family ... solo or Friends group travel is ok ... location not upto mark ... congested hotel ... food ok , breakfast ok ... no room has any view.... even if informed... staff was courteous but somehow just below expectations

It's very good to say that we have wonderful time spent in perfect staz premium laxmi heritage hotel. The food of the hotel is very good and that's the usp of this hotel. The facilities and services also there is excellent but the main concern is d LOCATION of the hotel. The Entrance u can say is disgusting... First of all u have to entered in a very small downwards road and then u have to take very hopeless right Road for d hotel.. That's the only MINUS point in my point of view otherwise all d other things r good.. 👍
