My experience at The Woods Resor
The price on MMT increased while making booking Downstairs room was given to senior citizens with a number os stairs to reach the room. The light on stairs was very dim and there was nothing to.hold. Rooms on upper floor were vacant when we checked in. When we entered the room there was smell in the room and room refresher was sprayed. All these were reported at the reception but room on upper floor was not alloted

A Perfect Jungle Getaway in Lansdowne! 🌲✨ I recently stayed at this beautiful resort nestled right in the heart of a jungle near Lansdowne, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely serene – surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful wilderness, making it the perfect escape from the chaos of city life. Despite being deep in nature, the road leading to the resort is surprisingly well-maintained, making the journey smooth and stress-free. That was a big plus! The food was another highlight – fresh, delicious, and with a good variety to suit different tastes. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was well-prepared and satisfying. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From the smooth check-in to personalized service throughout our stay, everything was handled with genuine care. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, with great food and excellent service, this resort in Lansdowne is definitely worth considering. Highly recommended!

Good stay, but a lot of room for improvement.
Overall, the experience was good, but it has the potential to be much better. The property itself is promising and could easily go from good to exceptional with a few improvements. Outdoor Areas: There’s a lot of unused open space, but unfortunately, it’s not maintained or guest-ready. With some landscaping and upkeep, these areas could become a real highlight of the property. Rooms: The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but miss out on some basic amenities like an iron, slippers, hair dryer, proper lighting (the lighting was quite dim), and a refrigerator. The water pressure in the bathroom was also very low, which impacted the overall comfort. Dining: There was no buffet dinner available, and the à la carte menu had limited vegetarian options. The chana masala was a disappointment and definitely needs improvement. On the other hand, the Garhwali thali was excellent and truly saved our dinner the following night. The breakfast buffet also had very limited options. Staff & Service: One of the standout positives of our stay was the staff. Despite the limitations, they genuinely try to make the guests feel welcome. The restaurant staff, in particular, were exceptional—very polite, humble, and clearly dedicated. I wish I had noted their names, as they truly put their heart and soul into guest service.

Good Stay
The property was nice and had great view rooms . we had easy check in and were welcomed by a nice drink . Hi tea experience was also very good followed by nice live music evening and barbecued snacks . Dinner was very delicious and pahadi thali is a special recommendation from my end. overall the experience was very satisfying. Kudos to hotel management and very supportive staff .
