Review Of Blue Pine Resort

We booked two Super Deluxe rooms at Blue Pine Resort through MakeMyTrip, expecting a comfortable vacation. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but relaxing. We checked in well before time, but were allotted rooms in terrible condition: • The door knob was missing, and when we asked for it to be fixed, it took forever. We were here to enjoy a holiday, not get involved in property maintenance. • The rooms had a strong, unbearable sewage smell—like raw drain water. I’m pregnant and extremely sensitive to smells, and this made the stay physically distressing. • When we complained, the staff casually suggested we “open the balcony door” as a solution. They also promised to bring room freshener, which never arrived. • The sewage smell persisted throughout our stay, making it impossible to relax or even sit comfortably in the room. • There was visible sewage water leaking from walls and pooling outside the rooms. To make things worse: • When we asked for snacks, we were told the kitchen is closed, and we should order from their other property, Alpine. • Customer service was horrible. The two front desk receptionists were rude and completely unprofessional—especially the heavyset male staff member who began mocking us in his local language while we were expressing genuine concerns. This is unacceptable behavior from a hospitality provider.

Awesome location and view. Great staff. Food okayish. Pool on top of hill excellent. Room facilities satisfactory. Phone Network issues a problem

Resort is good. Service is really up to the mark. Good food,no need to go out and search for restaurant. Location is also really good, it was near to all sight seen areas. A portion of resort is stillunder construction as they are expanding. But I recommend to stay here.

good in all aspects. location, food , the adventure park everything was good. view from the rooms was the finest. for old people there could be a problem as there are stairs and lifts not for all floors

Good Places, Nice Staff, Music, DJ, Bonfire was also very nice. Food taste is also good. Prices are also reasonable.

Every thing was good just one thing they did not provide me the check out bill

Location is easily accessible. Food is good if you are chicken lover. Stay was good and friendly for kids

nice property located on slope of the mountain. there are many rooms but best are at top of the hill for the view. The restaurant is at the entrance which is down hence a lot of up down walking which can be tedious for children and elderly. Food is tasty and delicious but the service is slow.

Best part is the view from the room. Mine was family room with a great Sunrise view. Lots of activities to do in the resort. Overall very good experience. The rooms needs a bit of renovation and upgrade. Better maintenance of activity related stuffs would make this unmatchable. The staff is extremely good.

Only the location of the resort was nice, room was very dirty, food was below average, staff attitude was very poor. On the first day i asked the waiter to serve the food, this is what he said aap apne his-ab se serv karo. I don’t think so their staff was trained to provide good service. My trip was unpleasant because of the services i have received at the resort. I will never refer anyone to this resort. I believe the rating of the resort will be below poor, provided rating at make my trip are not trustworthy for me now.

Had a pleasant stay at the property, but management should hire more professional staff who are well equipped to handle the situation. Restaurant need to provide more options to choose from. Overall a nice experience and one can go for it

The resort is on amazing location, the views are stunning from rooms balcony. They have really good swimming pool though water is quite cold but that's completely fine when you get amazing hills and clouds view while swimming. The staff is very humble and cooperative, actually we found cocroaches in almira and some smell in washroom but that was sorted immediately when informed to resort staff. Food is also fine, they have good variety of breakfast options for adults as well as kids. They have good options for kids entertainment and additionally dj in evening for partying. Overall really good option to stay when you are in lansdown.

Overall Property to stay is good and enjoyable. Washrooms are not up to the mark. Snacks are served upto 8:30 pm but all the items as per menu are NOT available. Dinner is available after 8:30 pm. Food quality and taste needs tremendous improvement. Agar khana tasty aur apne maan ka liye ko, all is well👍

I recently stayed at blue pine resort, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. Upon arrival even at 1. 30pm our room #30) was not ready due to ongoing cleaning. We asked for another room or uograde but the hotel was fully booked, which was frustrating after a long journey. When we finally got into our room, we noticed that the bedsheets and blanket cover had visible dirt marks, and the tables had dust collected on them. Additionally, the bathroom walls were dirty, and the toothbrush and toothpaste provided were already used. The buffet food was decent, offering 3options plus sweet/rice/breads on a positive note, the view from the property was amazing, providing a beautiful backdrop that made the stay more enjoyable. While the staff were polite, the cleanliness issues overshadowed their efforts. However, the hotel manager offered us a discount at checkout, which was appreciated. I hope my experience was an anomaly, as i had high hopes for this stay. I would recommend the hotel to improve their cleaning standards before i consider returning.

Bathroom was not clean, staff was not proper friendly, restaurant staff were not attentive refuse to take order.

The stay was so amazing. The hotel staff was so humble and ever ready for the assistance.
