Review Of Hotel Ravine Palace

The section of hotel in which our room was allotted, seemed to be new and ignored . The room didn’t have the basic requirements like, hair dryer, press locker. The three days we were served exactly the same menu of breakfast. The food was oily. The saving grace was the prompt service of the staff, and an excellent view from our room balcony.

Good place to be and location was awesome. Swimming pool is at the best area you can see in that in the pictures Also the attraction were very near by.

location and food is very good. room was ok but there was no AC in the room. we had to keep the door open for ventilation even if the weather was fine.our room was facing the road thus a lot of noise and no privacy.

Overall stay was good, afterward initial hiccup in first room allotted 511, where got stuck in bathroom for an hour due to lock problem which will finally shorted and room was changed to 411..

Room service of the hotel was not good they took lot of time to serve and rest place was good and room was neat and clean

The stay at the hotel was comfortable. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. The facility of the hotel is average in terms of service. There is a scope of improvement in terms of food and lunch dinner. It could have done better, but at the end, considering other, stay in that location, it is value for money, so I will recommend others to stay with this hotel. Another key thing which attracts all the tourist is evening, live music at open Terrace. That was wonderful. We enjoyed that live music with strings and party together with our family and friends. So this is one of the key facilities are events which we enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Our 2 Nights of stay at Ravine was really great. We had enjoyed our relaxed stay in this beautifully maintained property under the Nature's Lap. Also a speial mention to Mr. Vivek & Ms. Sania at the Front Desk who were very courteous. Manjeet the restaurant staff was professional and always having a welcoming smile on his face for the guests.

Experience was really good.. Ambience was good staff was good and cleanliness and food was really good.

I had a good experience, hotel was superb. Views were astonishing, it was one of the best hotels at Lansdowne. Food is also good, a bit costly. It would have been even better if we could pay to include dinner as well in the package

The property is good . Food is excellent and staff is courteous. However , the rooms have smart TV which you have to connect to WiFi and play the ott as per your choice with your payment. Mr Frank hosts karaoke nights which is worth attending .

Ravine Place is one of the best hotel in Lansdowne . Rooms are big, spacious , clean , beautiful interiors . karaoke night with DH was best attraction of evening . Breakfast & Dinner Buffet are tasty and have decent options. We stayed in Valley view executive room with double bed. All the Staff at property are very friendly , Polite and professional . Outside area have swimming Pool and Big Sitting area with Valley view . I love the property & will consider again on next visit.

The property was very good. it was good stay. The only issue was with Mr. Mahendra behaviour very rude and unprofessional. He was not at all courteous and talked in ill mannered way. This was not at all expected. Else the say was good facilities were also good.

On the face it seemed like a nice hotel, but their service took such a downturn that I have to warn all families to avoid this place. Let me elaborate. This is a huge hotel, and the weekdays they are completely empty. We arrived on a Wednesday and there was no buffet, half the items were not available from the menu, but at least they were very polite. Then, come Friday, and they had a few guests (not a lot, just about 10 people in total!), and suddenly their attitude changed. Half items in our dinner was charred, the rest were severely undercooked that we had to throw away. And the last straw was the "khichdi" they made for our two years old daughter, which had not an iota of daal of chawal, just a watery mix of some sabji which is probably left over from last night! Also, they tried to cheat us on the final bill, we had to go through the entire bill and remove the extra items that they sneakily included, worth almost a thousand! So, if you are travelling with a kid, avoid them, this kind of malpractice should not be rewarded. The hotel has a lot of promises, I really wish the owner understands that service is an essential part of running a successful franchise. There are many other similar hotels at this range, Peaks and Pines, Alpine, Blue Pine, all similar, choose one of them.
