Review Of Rega Sun river resort

We love to stay there, nice ambience, lovely food, only the network was not there else everything was fantastic...

our stay at the sun river resort was wonderful. the resort is so pretty n the river view is breath taking. Resort itself is in a very gd location n the staff is so humble n kind the help u in each n every thing. food is gd. my one year old enjoyed so much as we are from Delhi we dnt get so much fresh air n big secure place fr kids. if u are planning fr a relaxing vacation without any doubt go the sun river resort u won't b disappointed.

yuck...bad...pathetic...disgusting..that's how I will describe...yu enter the room and smell of dead rat will welcome you..staff is not ready to give another room.all they can do is put room freshner..I mean seriously will that work...I dint even stayed at the property..all I did was pre-booked it and dint even stayed...I will never ever recommend it to anyone....I want my refund...moreover they dint even dis any extra effort

The property was not worth the amount paid. The service was so bad. Our room was not clean there were beer bottles left from the last guest which were not picked. The bed sheet were stained. The chef of the establishment rates himself as high as Gordon Ramsey. The quality of food which he prepared was pathetic. The manager and GM of the property were not present. Ajay the poor chap was managing the show. God knows how. To top the experience the owner and his friends decided to come on Saturday night and partied till 3 am, leading to delay in service of breakfast. Over all it was not a good experience.

Relaxing stay and very friendly staff. location is far from lansdowne but resort gives a relaxing time. bathtub great and swimming pool time amazing. no strict restrictions of timings and staff is very accomodating and helpful.

The hotel is at an excellent location, especially for those who do not want to drive all the way up to Lansdowne. Also it is right next to the Khoh river and has a swimming pool which provide for great entertainment. They also have a bunch of rabbits whom you can feed. The staff is courteous and ready to help with whatever you need. The only issue I faced was with the Wi-Fi.. Internet doesn’t work that well and the Wi-Fi connectivity was also not that good. So if that can be fixed, the stay would be excellent

"Our hotel stay was a mixed bag. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that our room wasn't ready, so we had to spend two hours in a different room. Later, when we finally got to our assigned room, we noticed the toilet had a leak. Thankfully, the issue was resolved after we reported it. As for the food, while it was decent, it didn't quite live up to our expectations. To make matters worse, the prices were pretty high. Additionally, the recreational activities were also a letdown - the Ludo game was missing dice, and the bicycles weren't working properly. Despite the challenges, we made the most of our stay."

it was a pleasant stay. the location of the resort is excellent with kho river flowing beside it.. one can enjoy the riverside. good activities for children like trampoline, archery, cycling, dart board and a whole army of rabbits or bunnies to play with..the rooms are also comfortable with some upgrade would be better like providing a mini fridge and better upholstery. the staff is extremely helpful and courteous making the stay memorable. the staff went out of the way to make everything available. overall beautiful place, better than staying at Lansdowne.

Stay, hospitality food location everything good except to network issue. Wifi network was very poor rest everything is very good

Property is well managed and offers a peaceful stay. Good for kids and family.

Overall, a comfortable, well-run property that I’d happily recommend to others. Great value for the price and a memorable experience.The food was delicious and had a good variety. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive with both local and continental options. Room service was prompt, and staff were attentive to special requests

The resort is beautifully located by the riverside, offering a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is very cooperative and courteous. One of the highlights is the large, well-maintained swimming pool, perfect for relaxing or spending quality time with family. Although the resort is a bit far from Lansdowne, the serene surroundings and amenities make the stay totally worth it. You’ll feel completely safe and comfortable throughout your visit. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Hi , We stayed in this resort for 4 nights and everthing had been perfect given food , room , service scenic views and staff service and hospitality. Awesome hotel with river on the side, clean rooms, good ambience, great manager and staff. They had a natural swimming pool on the river side. Food is also very good. Will plan to visit again after monsoon.

The property is perfectly aligned with nature. At the backside you have a river with clear water and surroundings. Property has lot of things which you can enjoy like archery, cycling and many more. And the best part the rooms are neatly maintained and are big enough for a couple to enjoy the luxurious space with sofa and table placed with the room along with bed and almirah. The food is even better, if you are a non vegetarian you would love the place.
