Property's location is excellent. Front desk is very good and check in formalities seamless. Room service also fine. Food is on costlier side.

we stayed for 2 days with family, vally view was best from the rooms, hotel manager, staff are well trained and polite, kid play area, activity area, restaurent, food, we loved everything about this property

Excellent Stay
I recently stayed at dunhill manor, and i was very impressed. The place was very clean and well maintained. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless. You can tell they care about hygiene and make sure everything is fresh and tidy. Staff is polite and well mannered. One of my favorite moments was watching the sunset extremely beautiful. If you like a clean place with lovely views, i highly recommend dunhill manor.

Geyser not working.. and insects flew all over the place .. management had no solution for that.. food was expensive.. and of average quality.... expected more for the price paid for a night stay..

Regarding the geyser issue — it appears the unit went into auto cut-off mode due to overheating, a safety feature designed to prevent damage. As for the insects, being located in a nature-rich valley surrounded by forested areas, occasional insect activity is unfortunately a natural part of the environment, especially during the monsoon season. We do our best to manage this with regular pest control while maintaining the ecological balance of the area. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to meet guest expectations. From the moment we arrived at The Dunhill Manor, we were captivated by its charm. Nestled in the serene hills of Lansdowne, this newly opened gem offers an experience that goes far beyond a typical hotel stay — it’s a peaceful retreat that pampers every sense. The rooms are incredibly spacious, thoughtfully designed with both comfort and aesthetics in mind. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and lush greenery, making it feel like you're living inside a painting. The hotel owners Abhishek and Ankita personally welcomed us and their humble and polite demeanor set the tone for the rest of our stay. You can clearly see his passion in the way the property is managed. One of the highlights of our visit was the food — every meal felt like a celebration, we mostly ordered non vegetarian items, everything was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The breakfast, was standout- generous fresh and absolute delight Dining with a view of the hills only added to the experience.
