It was a beautiful experience. In spite of the weather conditions, the hotel arranged the Ganga Aarti from the hotel. I was assisted by Yamuna, a lovely person during the process and when I explained my health issues, every care was taken to help me. The view of the Ganga from the balcony of our room was a spiritually immersive one and so were the beautiful bhajans, the flutist in the morning and evenings. The weather being what it was, we hardly ventured out of the hotel but didn't feel we missed anything. The staff were helpful and responded to your special needs as promptly as possible and I am particularly happy that I could enjoy the spiritual experience of visiting Haridwar.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Haridwar with my family, and we spent two nights at Pilibhit House by IHCL SeleQtions. From the very outset, it proved to be a memorable experience. The property itself is a heritage-styled gem, exquisitely situated on the sacred ghats of the Ganga. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, and the category in which we stayed came with a balcony that opened out directly to the river. Spacious, immaculately maintained, and serene, it offered us the perfect vantage point to enjoy both sunrise and the river’s timeless flow. One of the highlights was being able to participate in the Ganga Aarti at their very own private ghat. It felt intimate, soulful, and deeply spiritual – something that set the stay apart from anywhere else in Haridwar. As for the food, it was absolutely delightful. Every dish was flavourful and carefully prepared. The property serves strictly vegetarian fare, which aligns beautifully with the traditions and spiritual ethos of the region, and we found it wholly appropriate. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and eager to help, embodying the hallmark warmth of Taj hospitality. A particular word of thanks must go to the F&B team, who went out of their way to arrange breakfast for our group of fourteen, even though our request came at the very last moment. They handled it with grace and efficiency, ensuring that we were served a delicious spread without the slightest compromise on quality. In sum, Pilibhit House is much more than a place to stay – it is an experience that captures the cultural and spiritual essence of Haridwar. I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking a restful yet meaningful retreat on the banks of the holy Ganga. Lastly, I wish to add my heartfelt support to the स्वदेशी movement and आत्मनिर्भर भारत 🇮🇳. It gives me great pride to stand behind our own local brands, and the Taj Group is a shining example of Indian excellence that the world truly admires.

Had a booking fees related issue with hotel and MMT both. MMT allow you to put child age up to 17yrs but the hotel charges for an extra adult in spite of mentioning the child age. None of the other hotels charged us as the child age is mentioned in the booking. MMT does not have email id where you can write your grievance and till date there is no positive solution for this extra charges.

My recent stay at Pilibhit House was a truly serene and enriching experience. This heritage property, nestled along the Ganges, beautifully blends timeless charm with modern luxury.

Excellent food , great hospitality, special mention to Mr Vikas Nagar,GM, who was found to be taking personal interactions with everyone and Mr Kuldeep in the restaurant for his hospitality.

Great property with a private ghat. Very hospitable staff as expected from a Taj property. Various in house activities to keep everyone engaged at all times.

location is best and wonderful service food ,amenities and service is world class. this is my second visit to pilibhit house and looking forward to visit again

There were mosquitoes in the room which were alloted to us. Though, the rooms were changed lateron.

The room we stayed in was fantastic, offering a serene Ganga view that added to the peaceful ambiance. The food was delicious, and the cleanliness of the resort was impeccable, reflecting their high standards of hospitality. One of the highlights of our trip was the morning walk to Har Ki Pauri, which was both refreshing and spiritually uplifting. The evening palm reading session with Pandit Ji was also an insightful experience that added a unique touch to our stay. The Ganga Aarti was absolutely mesmerizing—a moment we’ll cherish forever. A special mention to the wonderful staff, especially Mrs. Nandini, Mr. Hemant, and Mr. Sanjay, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their exceptional service truly made the difference. This is undoubtedly the best resort in Haridwar, and we can’t wait to visit again!

Hospitality at pilibhit is superb. From receiving at the hotel gate, then reception and room cleanliness are all very good. Staff at all places is so polite and helping, which makes you feel like at home. I would like to mention few names. Hemant at reception, ash u at house keeping. Very very humble and always ready to help you. I have already stayed here five times and look forward to stay in future too.
