Good experience with the reception, and check in, however for the price they are (or mmt) charging the basic rooms are too small. Thankfully, the manager upgraded the room for my parents which was spacious. Cleanliness is good, services are good. Just a little overpriced for the size of rooms.

The hotel is located near to Railway Station so it is easy to Commute. The Hotel was well maintained, neat & clean. Rooms were spacious. Food was delicious. Management was good. Overall a decent & nice stay.

The location of the property is in a narrow lane. It's tough to negotiate the curves and bends if one is using their own vehicle. Food was like home cooked. Service is prompt.

Excellent property. Totally paisa vasool. Exceptional cleanliness, pleasing interiors, prompt and co-operative staff. Perfect location, stone's throw from the railway station and very close to pilgrim spots. Would definitely want to come back. Food is also a plus.

Hospitality was very poor. I had upgraded the room since the room given to us was too small to add a mattress. However other rooms were comparatively bigger then this one in particular. I paid 1500 per day extra but the hospitality was poor. One can rather book a 4star or 5 star in same price with decent amenities and services

The hotel is very neat and clean and the hotel is very close to the railway station. The hotel manager nitin is a very helpful person and i strongly recommend this hotel.

Nitin was a marvelous host and helped us from start to finish. The hotel itself is very good for the area and located just minutes away from the hear ki pauri. Local e rickshaws charge around inr10 to 20 per pax for a trip to hkp. The amenities were decent but above all the people around do their best to make you feel at home. This is priceless.
