Cool, clean and quiet hotel near train station

Clean, cool (we didn't need to turn the AC on, but it did work), and quiet. No problems checking in. Friendly staff and clean comfortable room. Close to the train station and bus stand.

No Hot water, No Wifi and No Tv working...How is a person who has given 2300 be not given such bad service, it was being brought to the Hotel authorities, but no proper response. the experience was bad

The room was very dirty, and the ac was not working, all walls were in dirty condition no facility was provided no water heater in the room, and the bathroom water leaking, and was dirty. Staff was aggressive, and local gunda. It was a horror experience, not safe for the family.
