I’m not satisfied with the property. Considering the price, it’s not worth it. There’s no proper system for dinner or breakfast. As per MMT policy, I requested a room upgrade, but they asked for ₹5,000 extra — which was quite shocking. Also, there’s no proper car parking facility. Overall, not a good experience.

Sir, you booked a non-Ganga view room through MMT, and the hotel provided you with the same room. When you requested an upgrade, the hotel, according to its policy, asked for an upgrade charge for the Ganga view room because you had paid for a non-Ganga view room. You then posted this review with old photos to damage the hotel's reputation. The hotel charged you for a room upgrade, and you're damaging the hotel's reputation because of it, when the truth is, cars can drive right up to the hotel entrance, and it has its own private ghat for bathing in the Ganges River. If you had any problems, you should have reported them to the front office that day. You checked out of the hotel as a happy family, and you shouldn't damage the hotel's reputation because of the upgrade charge.

Had a wonderful stay in Haridwar. The property is located very close to Har Ki Pauri, making it convenient for Ganga Aarti and local visits. The staff and entire team were extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout. The Ganga view rooms are especially recommended for their serene atmosphere and beautiful riverfront view. Perfect choice for both solo travelers and families. Highly recommended!
