Hyatt Place Haridwar

The staff were poor, worst stay so far.

Nice rooms, good food. Location is 10 kms before Haridwar if you are coming from Delhi.

Very average food. And very average service.

Place is a bit far from the city centre but offers comfortable and cozy stay with great staff who are always available and welcoming.

Food was okay. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. there is no arrangement for drivers to stay, which is very strange..

Cleanliness is good but there is nothing to do even the swimming pool is not active. Toll is also an issue and it needs to be sorted out. The staff is helpful and cooperative.

Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of healthy options.

Property is well maintained and a new structure. Keeping House keeping aside rest is good. House keeping had in general a laid back attitude.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt near Haridwar (booked through MakeMyTrip), and it was truly a delightful experience overall. The ambience of the property is beautiful — peaceful, elegant, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were top-notch, just as you would expect from Hyatt, and everything from the lobby to the rooms was well maintained. The food was the highlight of my stay! Both dinner and breakfast buffets offered a wide variety of dishes that were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff was attentive and made sure every meal was enjoyable. The hotel staff overall was courteous, polite, and always ready to help. A small area for improvement would be the room service during morning hours, which was slightly slow. However, that didn’t take away from the overall comfort and satisfaction of the stay. The location is a bit on the outskirts of Haridwar, which makes it ideal for those looking for peace and quiet away from the city rush. Overall, it was a wonderful stay — great food, excellent service, and a calm environment. I would definitely love to come back and would recommend it to anyone visiting Haridwar.

The property is new staff is good food is good 👍

Location sent is not correct , due to that we have to waste almost 1 hr , and extra cost of cab , google map show to hotel manager also , after reaching hotel , locat is showing 30 mins Breakfast was ok not good in taste Hotel not up to Hayat name and standards

food was very amazing but portions were pretty average(disappointing for the price), stay was amazing and i was looking forward to the pool but its under construction still sadly.
