Yashail Hotel Haridwar

My stay at the Intercontinental Dhaka was a splendid experience steeped in grace and comfort. Nestled in a prime yet tranquil location, the property exudes timeless elegance. The cuisine was exquisite, offering a symphony of flavours, and I must commend Ismail, the restaurant waiter, for his impeccable service and courteous demeanour. Every member of the staff displayed remarkable warmth and professionalism. The premises were immaculately maintained, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to excellence. Safety and security were of the highest standard, allowing one to unwind in complete serenity. A truly refined retreat that blends classic charm with modern luxury.

pathetic rooms, smelling bad, bathroom fittings were bad, shaddy hotel. not worth for 4k per night. food was good

We had taken two rooms at Yashail for two days. The rooms were commodious and nice but the bathrooms needed a thorough refurb. Overall the facility is nice but in serious need of some detailed upkeep and maintenance. The food quality was very average.

The location of this hotel is far from the central area of Haridwar city. The food is good, but the waitress comes along with an ATM card machine. The mini fridge was missing in a room. It was not stocked with drinks and chocolates, etc. Tea was not served in the morning by the hotel, even on demanding. I can say that the service was not up to the mark.

Hospitality was good, staff is is kind & helpful. location is good if visiting SIDCUL Haridwar.

Rooms and other amenities are really in bad shape. Staff is nice but coronation is missing . Request to management to invest

The property was fair but not a 5 star as the maintenance was really poor. Staff was helpful, but no one to assist with the luggage.

Poor service, unhygienic rooms, slow overpriced food, not worth /night. Worst stay...........

rotten smell everywhere. upholstery is below par. damped room and wash room. Breakfast is not the same as earlier used to be. very poor management, lack of security anyone can enter go to the room no one is there to cross check.

Staff is very polite and cooperative. Property location was awesome. Check in and check out process was very smooth means time saving. Although we travelled along with entire family and everyone is happy with the property.

The stay was amazing, perfect location easily accessible to everything. Clean and comfortable rooms with proper facilities. Had an amazing time and experience during the stay. Will definitely visit again

Very bad experience

The place and rooms were good. Restaurant service was slow. There was lots of parties music till late night which degraded our stay experience.
