We understand the discomfort caused due to the power fluctuations during your stay. However, please note that these interruptions were due to external government power supply issues, which are unfortunately beyond our control. That said, we do have a DG backup system that activates within 5 seconds to ensure minimal disruption to our guests. Regarding the breakfast confusion, we would like to clarify that your booking included three rooms—02 without any meal plan and 01 room with breakfast for two guests. Our team verified this at the restaurant and later rechecked the booking details, which confirmed that breakfast was included for two persons only. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused and truly wish the matter could have been resolved more smoothly. At our property, we strive to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for every guest. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced and will take your feedback as an opportunity to improve our communication and guest experience further.
