It was my second time at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The bed is comfortable. Food at the restaurant is good. However, the check-in process was not very smooth. Part of our family arrived an hour early at 1, and were told that they should come at 2 for check-in. We agreed and went out. When we returned at 5 pm, we were told the rooms are not ready, as a few previous guests did not checkout on time, and had paid for extra time. Why should we suffer even after coming 3 hours after check-in time. And one of the check-in managers was rude and didn’t know how to talk. Apart from that it was a nice experience.

There was a leakage in the room near the basin,we complained about it and instead of fixing it they just put a towel on it, not at all expected from a place so well reviewed.

Stay was fine only issue is with the hospitality and warmth from the staff. Lady at the reception made us wait even after o showed her the booking confirmation. Desk was also not occupied heavily but still she chose us to wait. We had 3 children and 2 of them are toddlers. Food was good

It was really nice stay, neat and clean, on road side,easily accessible. good connectivity to har ki paudi and market. Hardly 2.5 kilometres. service is good and food was really delicious. i would certainly recommend this hotel for every one, and yes there is good parking space too if you are travelling by your own convence. I would only suggest to hotel management, kindly arrange bath mat to avoid massynes . And kindly check all room's facility before booking confirmation , as the exaust fan and shampoo dispenser wasn't working in our room (115)... Thanks

hotel service was not up to the mark. I had to call the reception desk multie times to do one job like water bottle. We went for sightseeing in the morning and when we came back to hotel, there wasn't any cleani5done in the room even after telling them specifically to do it in the morning whw we left.

The hotel is clean and location is quite good. The rickshaws are easily available outside the property. The rooms are well equipped and I didn’t find any reason to raise a complaint. Similarly the food during breakfast was decent and had sufficient items

Worst experience ever. The food was insanely overpriced and tasted terrible. Room service was pathetic —The room itself was in a horrible condition, dirty, poorly maintained, and absolutely not worth the money. Definitely not recommended to anyone.

We stayed at RENEST Haridwar on 14th August and booked 2 rooms. The food was really good and enjoyable, but unfortunately, that was the only positive part of our stay. The AC in our room was not working, and the shower was broken. We reported these problems 7–8 times, but each time were told someone would come “shortly.” No one ever showed up during our stay. We had to sleep in hot and uncomfortable conditions without any help from the staff. This kind of service is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
