small rooms, very tiny bedroom, hygiene was decent, staff was good, location from har ki pauri was a little far,

rooms as well as washrooms were clean...room is exactly same as shown in the pictures...Rooms were good and service is also satisfactory.

It was such a nice experience. Thank you to the hotel staff for such a great arrangement for my birthday decoration as per my wife's additional request. The hotel staff is really very comparative and humble.

There was no cleanliness...bedsheets were very untidy and dirty pillow covers....and there was a silverfish on the bedsheets too

Location was a bit difficult for vehicle entry. But communication with the places of interest were easy to reach

Good to saty at hotel....staff behaviour is very good and also food is good ....but parking is not available

It is a good property as per room tarrif but parking is to be improved.

they charged unnecessary amount for broken glass and cups .. location not upto the mark ... not suggest any one

value for money, the location on Google is not updated , near the railway station , all facilities are available

The Good features of the hotel is Location, staff and cleanliness. The hotel is located just 5-10 mins walking distance from Haridwar station and Har ki Pauri is also close by (15-20 mins walking distance). There are various food junctions in the vicinity of the hotel. Only thing I think personally that the hotel is over pricey for the category of room they offer and its amenities.
