The experience at this hotel was profoundly disappointing and lacked basic human courtesy. Upon arrival, the receptionist was completely unbothered, making no effort to initiate the check-in process. Despite specifically requesting and confirming a ground-floor room due to my mother's severe knee pain and the clear absence of an elevator, we were deliberately assigned a top-floor room. The reason? To avoid disturbing a group downstairs. This lack of empathy and basic consideration for a guest's medical needs is unforgivable. ​The room itself was an exercise in negligence: no towels, no toiletries, and not a single complementary water bottle was provided. To top it off, even the simple water jug left in the room was entirely empty. This wasn't a relaxing stay; it was an exercise in requesting the bare minimum from staff who simply did not care. Zero stars for hospitality and human decency.

Very nice property food is so tasty

I am booked Super deluxe, but amenities are missing as described while booking like Newspaper, Kettle, free wifi, toiletries. The rooms are full of dust, Dust is everywhere like on windows Bed, Chair, table. Reception has the authority of controlling the Air Conditioning we have to ask every time to pls on the A.C. Room Charges are very high as compared to amenities provided.

We stayed for one night only. the person on counter was well mannered. but the guy who showed us the room was irritating as whenever we asked for normal water, he kept insisting should I bring bisleri and again and again eventually making us feel uneasy. secondly at the time of checkout the guy did not miss to remind us that it's your checkout in normal tone. overall it was very uneasy.

The property was good however we didn't get a chance to have food as the kitchen was closed during that day. Other than that location and facilities were good.

we have stayed in Hotel Gopal 2 times first time it was in Dec 2024 and loved the place The Staff was very supportive they also arranged milk for my baby at late night and the food was yummy worth the price. We have our 2nd visit on Holi 2025 and found a lot improvements.

the location was very good and so as the property.It was located near the river which made it more easy and comfortable to stay.There are many food spots too nearby.

Stay was good and staff was very helpful. Addressed all our request and guided us on many things to do in haridwar. Near to Railway station and bus stand.

Hotel is in a good location,near to bus stand and railway station. But little far from haridwar ka puri. There are better hotels closer to har ka puri. As per amenities and services it's okay. Inspite of the hotel being empty, the service is not satisfactory. May be trying to cut costs.
