It was a pleasant and comfortable experience overall. The Lemon Tree Hotel Haridwar’s ambiance is refreshing, with a vibrant and cheerful décor that immediately lifts your mood. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential amenities. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping staff were prompt and courteous, keeping the room spotless throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the hospitality of the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. The in-house restaurant served delicious food with a good variety of dishes at breakfast. I particularly appreciated the fresh and healthy options available. The Lemon Tree Hotel Haridwar also has facilities like a gym and a swimming pool, which were clean and well-kept. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Overall, Lemon Tree Hotel offers great value for money with its excellent service, cozy rooms, and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

The location of the property is good, bang on the highway with an easy access without any bottlenecks. Room is quite large in size, neat and clean and well maintained. Bathroom was clean but there was no hand shower. You have to ask for bucket and mug. AC worked efficiently. Breakfast buffet was below expectations. Not upto what is expected from Lemon Tree brand. Have stayed in other Lemon Tree properties in recent past and buffet was much better over there. They cannot pass simple paneer as Cheese Platter. Service was also not upto mark. Refills were not automatic. But the Chef is good. In room dining was better in terms of taste and service. One major drawback There was no safe in the room.

Stay was very pleasant, filled with Good hospitality (especially by GM Arindam himself, Anit - the Manager and Kamlesh - restaurant staff). It was scenic in the clouds, good food topped with treats and surprise complimentary bday cake for my father. We were very well attended and taken care of. Thanks to team Fern! Lemon tree as my preference when I was checking Lemon Tree Hotel Haridwars, the property is very accessible on the main highway, very good ambience, lovely food (especially the Kale Channe). A/C was very effective, and beds were very comfortable. It was a lovely stay!

Stayed for a day at this nice property. Overall, a good experience considering the budget. However, frequent power cuts were a drawback — lifts and air conditioning stopped temporarily until the generator kicked in. Apart from that, everything else was satisfactory.
