The room was comfortable and clean, with a comfortable bed and good amenities.

The hotel room has all the amenities like wifi , clean bathroom, clean room , but it might be difficult to get to the room as the hotel is placed on the second floor for that we have to use a straight staircase which might be difficult for senior citizens or people who have knee problems.But hotel is situated at the prime location anyone can blindly trust this location.

It's was shandaar!! The room was net and clean owner and all the workers were helpful .

Staff behavior was good And facilities also were very good...

The famous hotel was good. The only concern is that their reception desk was on the 2nd floor, so we needed to go by small stairs to reach there. And many times we found no person at the reception desk. Rest all were ok.

Stay was decent. Only issue with the hotel was that it was located on the top floor which is tough for elders. Faced leakage issues in bathroom. Rest is ok.

Room was clean but there is a problem of electricity bathroom tv A. C power shut down many time's telephone doesn't work no restaurant

Rooms were clean and service was good washroom were very clean staff was humble

This was horrible. No lift service. Hotel was on 3rd floor. The stair was just like Himalayan task. The review given by make my trip was totally wrong.

this property is NOT value for money. location is near railway station like many hotels we have there but this hotel is on Top floor with narrow deep stairs without lift without fire safety. towel given was poor. I need to ask them for 2nd towel, 2nd soap as we booked for 3 adults. given blanket was broken and teared. so I will say Quality wise it's not good.Hospitality is very very poor for guest. I will not recomend this if you are paying approx 2500 per night. this hotel is in gali so gps gets confused. better to take station main road hotels and not in gali based hotels. however in this mohalla each house is a hotel or restorent. this mohalla gentry is old gentry just like some village in Noida or delhi. so I will rate 3/10 overall only because it's near to main road for commute connect

Staff is very pleasant & cooperative .Stay was decent .Nothing unusual to spot light in stay period.

The property was hard to find at first, parking was also not available, stairs were too long, it was hard to climb, but overall the hotel was good, the staff was friendly and cooperative

all I can say is that my experience with the famous hotel was very very wonderful. The staff boy's name is Gulshan a very polite and well behaved boy. As I was a single mother on a trip with my children in a hotel I was safe..

Property is far from Har ki pouri , for the room one has to climb 34 stiff stairs because ground areas are commercial . amenities mentioned are not available, manager denied heater but included in voucher. Very bad experience.

It is a good decent hotel, but a bit costly. Staff behaviour was good. It was on the third floor no lift options.
