Bed sheet was not clean and staff was also rude and also geyser was not working.

Average place to stay. Staff is very good, their behaviour is humble and they also let us stay in a room before our check-in time. Stay was comfortable. Good for a couple or a family. But talking about amenities, don't expect much. There shall be no toiletries or towels given to you. No landline phones to connect with reception. Else everything was good. Average place to stay. Such a good palace to stay near Ganga ghat and bus stand we have to take bus to go to kedarnath at 4:00 which we got easily rickshaw there only 200 meters far owner was very friendly

Hotel is a very good option in haridwar for stay we have booked the cab facility for 2 dham badrinath and kedarnath from them all the things was good and aaranges at a very good cost so it was a very good option

We want the room in the ground floor and the hotel arranges the same we don’t want anything the room was clean bathroom was good and wifi was working there

Family trip we book 2 standard triple bed non ac room. Room was good bathroom was clean wifi was there hotel was located at a very good palace only just 200 meter from train station and 5 min walking to ganga ji
