Booking was done for delux ac room but they have given standard ac room.

Nice location. In front of railway station. Good service. Staffs behavior was very good. Food quality was also good.

Triple bed Rooms - was kind of average in size , linen had blood stains on it, bedsheet and pillow both . But good location-

Food is worst tasteless they never broom below the bed it's filled with garbage ,no repairs to anything damaged

Need to clean sofa and bed regularly.Bed sheets also need to wash everyday after check out. All other food and amenities was good .

just outside the railway station , just 1.5km from har ki Pauri, hundreds of eating joints, neat rooms and spacious toilet,nothing could be better.

This hotel is top notch when it comes to proximity to the railway station and food quality. I checked the reviews before booking and these two were important aspects. However, they have to focus on cleanliness of the rooms and additional amenities. We had to ask for RO water as there was no kettle in the room nor packages water bottles included in the rent. Otherwise it was a good stay. The people at the reception were cooperative and humble.

Absolute pleasure to stay in the hotel. Superb hospitality. The staff was really nice and guiding. The food was simply delicious at the restaurant located in the hotel premise at the ground floor.

The location is pretty good. Bedsheets can be cleaned and better.

Rooms were ok but the service was very basic. There was no dental kit provided, no kettle in the room also there was no clothe ironing service at the hotel. Hotel restaurant was decent with good quality food.
