I booked thats why they offered worst room on third floor. Last time i stayed in same hotel in peak season without they offered good room even they did not charge nothing for before checkin. This time they 500/- for early check in

No service provided by staff at least essentials. Overall this property is not worth according to money paid. Room is not so clean, ac is not working well.

Very good behaviour of staff, very nee t and clean room, staff helped very well, the view of the room is very awsome. Overall very nice package at all.

Dirty room, bad smell, pathetic state of affairs of washroom. Taps leaking, no drainage.

This hotel is too bad. Rooms are too dirty and smells bad. We booked best room of hotel but it was too bad, it seems this is 20 years hotel and they never did maintenance and changed the broken furniture. I would not recommend.

The hotel is very unhygienic, the person on the reception desk is very unhelpful. The double bed can hardly fit two people. Very very unhygienic mattress and blankets.

Very bad experience, we booked deluxe room with breakfast but they didn't give breakfast. Room service is very poor. No hot water in bathroom. Noisy atmosphere at night. Can't sleep. Waste of money. Please don't go.

The hotel is well maintained. It is close to both the main Har Ki Pauri ghat and the railway station.

Cleanliness not done properly. No intercom service. Reception of the hotel was vacant most of the time. Few of the staff. 2 boys ×ere hard working . . Cleanliness is v poor quality. V called up at the given no. To know location of hotel. But call were not answered.

Location is okay, poor service, no Gizer work, in the morning when going to Bath there was no hot water in the room, than they carry one by one baldi from ground floor to 3rd floor, it's horrible, so not advisable for anyone.

I stayed with my family at Ganga Gaurav Hotel. It has nice rooms with cleanliness. Staff is cooperative. One thing is missing that for parking of your vehicle you will have to go more than half a kilometre. Otherwise it is worth staying at this hotel.
