I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The staff were polite and always ready to help, Sapna's assisted us with breakfast service, extending the utmost warmth and hospitality which made the experience even better. The food was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, offering a good variety to suit different tastes. Overall, a very pleasant and satisfying experience - I would definitely recommend it. In a crux- Luxurious stay with a spritual theme.

A must stay
The resort is located at a convenient location on Badrinath bypass road. Amenities available were excellent. Evening Aarti,morning Yoga and Kids play area were the highlights of our stay. Food, particularly the ethnic pahadi food was superb.

Terrible Stay
One of the worst hotel i have ever stayed. Bathroom was not cleaned, my dinner have a butterfly in it, my tv not working they say we can change your tv and all at 1am at midnight. Lol then next morning manager come and he just saying us sir baarish hai toh hota rhata hai ye toh , bro fir 5 star kis bat ka hai ye !!!!

Good but needs improvement
The staff is polite and supportive. They understand hospitality. The property however needs a face lift before it is too late. Had troubles in operating the centralised AC remote.

Poor Stay
We were extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Upon arrival, there was a complete lack of hospitality—staff simply watched as we struggled to open the door without offering any assistance. The food quality was very poor and the service was extremely slow. It took 30 minutes just to serve a fresh lime soda, which tasted worse than usual. We ordered chapati but were served rice instead, and when we pointed it out, the server insisted we had asked for tandoori roti—reflecting complete mismanagement and poor communication. During breakfast, my friend requested tea, and the manager oddly asked for the same cup to reuse instead of bringing a clean one. I had to ask three to four times just to get lemon water. Given the price we paid, the experience was absolutely not worth it.

Comfortable stay for family
The property is located at a calm place, although it’s located a little far from the main area but there is a small path from the resort that leads directly to the ghat near Shatrughan mandir. Overall the property is well maintained and staff is really nice. Sonia at the reception help us sort out some billing issues even after we had checked out and left for the next destination. The family suite was very spacious and was like a 2BHK apartment on its own. The room service food was very tasty. And the service was very quick.

Properly’s location is good, away from the hustle bustle of the city , with peaceful vibes. Staff is really good and well behaved they help you with the best possible ways. Food options were less for the breakfast. Our overall experience with the Sterling was really good

Had a great tim
We had 0 problems staying at sterling palm bliss. Booked the family suite and it was very comfortable for the family. Food was delicious and the staff was polite and helpful. Property and people around are very kid friendly. Also location is very underrated as it is away from the rush but also close enough to everything, a 800-900 meter downhill walk and you are right there in the middle of the everything.
