At oak leaf we upgraded our stay to suit room and were struggling for hot water We got it after an hour There were no mats no hangers We weren’t satisfied with the service thank you

this is a very new property, rooms smell, no cafe, no view from the balcony, you can not order food, bathroom essentials are lacking.

Extremely Disappointed – A Complete Waste of Money I recently stayed at this hotel and had an extremely unpleasant experience. , the reality was far from what was promised. Firstly, the service was absolutely poor — almost non-existent. There wasn’t even a functioning kitchen; something as basic as a cup of tea couldn’t be arranged. The staff was unresponsive and seemed clueless whenever we requested anything, even something as simple as drinking water. The Wi-Fi was visible in the network list but working very slow. which is highly unethical. When we brought up these issues, they simply said, “It’s a new hotel,” as if that justified everything. If it's new, then why are even the room locks malfunctioning? Safety, basic amenities, and guest service should be priorities — not excuses. I feel completely regret booking this place. It was a total waste of money. I strongly advise future travelers: Do not book this hotel — even by mistake. There are far better and more reliable options out there...

Hotel management is a very cooperative and property location. hygiene and room area was perfect I suggest without any problem I repeated the stay when I will problem to stay in Rishikesh

hotel is new and rooms r good but still getting ready no restuarant and proper house keeping right now. staff is less hopefully will get better should nt have listed right now might be after 2 months staff was courteous and fine location is good rooms are big and nice
