Hotel service was not up to the mark. Ac remote, TV was not working. when I checked into the hotel the bed sheet was very dirty. No slipper provided in rooms. Catle was dirty. Staff was helpful and very polite. this is the good one thing. Breakfast was average. Pool was good.

I had a very bad experience with the hotel. staff is not cooperative and we will not listen your concern. room provided to me was without any window, I was feeling like that I am leaving in a cave. I requested them to give me a window enabled room but they did not listen my request. there is no complementary water that the provides they charge a higher price on every water bottle beyond it's MRP. there is no parking space for car. you will have to struggle a lot to park your car the road nearby to the hotel is completely worst and full of mud and dirt. there is no safety measures being followed at swimming pool. there is no staff deputed at pool which creates the high sense of insecurity and poor management.

My stay at Vyom Hotel was excellent! The staff was very polite and helpful, and the property itself was well-maintained. There’s a beautiful swimming pool on the 5th floor—very neat and clean. The food was excellent, with great taste and presentation. Highly recommended!

Zero service. Under staff property. Good ordered took more than an hour to deliver. Water demanded in the night at 11 pm not delivered. When I wake up at 6.30 am no one is there to look after. Water I have collected my self from restaurant no body at reception very poor managed show. Though rooms were clean and ok

most difficult was the offroad patch beside burger king.location was not good at all as there was no view from window.there main attraction is swimming pool on teerace but it was also untidy as hairs and dead insects were floating on pool.food was ok.cost is on the hire side

The Hotel ambience was good and Swimming pool maintenance is ok and small in size at fifth floor. Hotel own parking at basement is only limited to three cars and rest car parking will be on open roads. Major problem is check out time at 11.00 pm unlike many other hotels whose check time 12.00 pm. Road access to Hotel is very narrow

The stay was great. The room is comfortable, and the washroom is nice and equipped all the necessary items. The room has all the things needed for a comfortable stay. Only thing is the property's loaction, taking a bigger car there can be an issue, we had our small hatchback so we took it inside.

Vyom Residency was really good to stay at..very comfortable, great service, helping staff and also good food with cleanliness In fact they provided support even though we checked out from the property and let us park our car and access the property as we came from the rafting.. highly recommended stay
