Raaviera By The Ganges

The hotel is new, beautiful and ideally situated. The staff members at different levels are responsive, helpful and caring. They are not very wordy but they act fast. Food is tasty and menu has large variety. Icing on the cake has to be the view from the room. Ganga ji so blissful. Thank you raaviera by the ganges because we could not ask for more. In terms of facilities, like i said to the boy at the reception, a hairdryer would be a valuable addition. Thank you and best of luck. Maintain the place well over the years and people will keep coming back for sure.

One of the worst places I have stayed. Giving one star for the location which some people might like for the peace/remoteness. It's on rishikesh-badrinath highway. It's remote and next to Ganges. The property is very small. The rooms are basic and fixtures not properly maintained. Kettle had brown stains. toilet seat was broken. Bathroom lights stopped working on day 2. Open cupboards. Blankets very short in length and thin. Hospitality-There is none. Staff aren't trained. I brought my luggage 2 floors above and none of the guys offered to help put it in the car. They just stood there watching. Food: Basic. Not bad not good. Service again was poot. It's a pure veg restaurant, which isn't mentioned while booking. I booked a room with a complementary breakfast. When I went for breakfast, and tried ordering items I liked, I was denied. They said, I can only order some of the items and not others. Basically, anything good like panner items weren't allowed to be ordered. Imagine paying extra for a complimentary breakfast only to realise you can't order things you want to eat, because hotel staff think it's costly. The items they denied were only 40-50 rupees costlier than other items!! It's a roadside motel, where you should stay, only as a last resort, for only spending the night - in case you are travelling ahead and are late in the night. At approx 5k per night it's a waste of money and your holiday time.

Situated between Rishikesh and Devprayag,the location of this hotel is excellent especially if you want to visit Sangam@Devprayag.Beautiful view of the holy Ganges from your room balcony.Staffs are helpful and the food is also good.

the hotel, room, staff, food everything is excellent. the hotel is far from the hustle bustle of rishikesh and shivpuri, so if you want a peaceful stay go for it. the room was nice, clean with an excellent view. food was good, less oily and spicy and they made it according to our demand. room service is very good. overall a very nice experience. would recommend it to everyone.
