I book this hotel 2 weeks before my check in date. my booking price was which and when i arrived at hotel they told me we have no room at this price they asked 500 rs extra for 1 room total …and i hv to pay 500 rs extra to check in

Bed bugs on bed, not cleaned and maintained rooms, poor service, un professional staff

I had booked room on prices mentioned, after conversation we reached hotel by cab, hotel administration denied to give room on booked rates. We paid extra amount as we don't have any other option. At mid night while we laid down bed bugs started crawling up. My daughter developed a crazy allergy reaction and we had to take her to the emergency room at apollo hospital.

Hotel was not good

Everytime I book Oyo, at check-in they ask for extra money, I call and they ask to wait for 45 minutes,Regarding the hotel, the AC wasn't working.Regarding the support, I don't have any update about my reimbursement. Nobody has sent me any email update for this. Very poor experience with the support.

Hotel increased the rates while check in and customer support said that due to technical issues, wrong rate was displayedsuch kind of incident is not acceptable.

It was a good experience at room and service was good, but as per my view room needs to be more clean like i found some dust at cupboards. Overall service was good
