No proper staff ,rooms are not maintained good ,and ac and tv anything is hardly working very bad experience

No TV in the room, both towels were not provided.

The location was good. However, when we checked in initially, they provided us with rooms not very clean, stinking some cigarette smokes from the room. When we asked for some alternative , we were told that they don't have any rooms available. We had to compromise as we did not have any option and it was pretty late, like 9.45 pm. However, we encountered a big issue regarding blockage of water in the bathroom, and that was entering the room. When we told them to fix the problem, surprisingly, they offered us other rooms which was quite decent. We had to extend our stay for another couple of days because of the location as the place was located nearby our official destination. Moreover we did not have enough time for making the shift.

The hotel is very neat. The staff are very good and decent, very safe place for women and children to stay.

I got no food (I.e. breakfast), I had to carry my own luggage to my room no help was given to me, My bathroom was filled up with overflowing water from the sink, I was not provided any soap shampoo or any other toiletries, My room had sticky floor as if someone spilled something on it. It was terrible experience. I want my money back

Very good location & good communication to all places of Bangalore by bus,auto,cab etc, specially BMTC bus from hal Main gate to Kempegoda Airport.room is clean & have essential amenities.Staff behaviour also good.

Property is well maintained and in good form. The stay was very pleasant, staff were very helpful and courteous, room was clean and comfortable. Recommended for anyone to stay.

The room was not very clean, after rain there was seepage in the room. But got another room after requesting them.

Hotel was alright for price. Location is close to HAL Old Airport. Services were slowish. Not sure about Food.

The hotel is very close to iam, if bangalore, in 3 mins walking distance. So this hotel is a good option for aviation crews going for medical assessment at iam. The staff was polite and helpful. The restaurant had a good menu for lunch/dinner with tasty food.

First of all i have issue with make my trip itself. I had booked a flight from bangalore to delhi on 07/05/2024 by air india flight. Booking reference is 6knj7p. I needed to change the date of travel, i contacted make my trip at-least 04 times, but you guys did nothing except writing few mails. Finally i got the ticket cancel-led through air india and expecting a refund but make my trip writes a mail saying that there is no refund possible. Kindly look into it. As per hotel stay is concerned room was ok but service was very poor. Tv was not working, even after repeated request they could not fix it. It was just ok stay. If you guys resolve this issue i may consider booking through mm t in future else it's last.

Room is not the worth

Very bad light in the room, when i reached at hotel light is not working, they disgusting yellow light in the room. And voltage is very low you can't charge your devices

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Pathetic service ever.
