I like staff nature they are helpful and room is also clean but in washroom water is not comming properly

very unhygienic shady looking rooms. sheets were not clean and basins and toilets had stains . Had only booked that place to keep our lugguages for a few hours otherwise would not recommend to people specially those travelling as couple. only plus point is it is located at the main road itself

There was no water in the bathroom, the tv was just a display not working, the door lock was not working, the bedsheet was not cleaned, the only thing i got right was the hotel is on the highway or can i say on the main road.

Complimentary meals were not provided as i had already paid extra amount for it. Water was not available. Services were not prompt. No lift in building. Intercom number not reachable
