My experience in Hyatt concentric Kolkata
Rooms are less spacious considering the price . No bathtub . The hotel is located in congested area so window views . But the room service was good n the food at complimentary breakfast had variety n quality. Dolly n Amrit Chaudhary were very helpful in guiding me to a sumptuous breakfast.

My stay was truly enjoyable, and I had a great time from start to finish. The property's location, food, amenities, and services were all excellent. A special mention goes to Mr. Manoranjan from the dining staff, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Overall, everything was wonderful, and I would love to visit again. Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata. I absolutely loved every aspect of my time there. The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The amenities and the overall atmosphere were fantastic. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Good Stay
Stay was comfortable but I felt room was pretty small. Limited options in the Dinner Buffet, Breakfast was excellent!

The hotel’s facilities are really good. The staff were polite and warm. We stayed on the 6th floor which was right below the roof top bar/club, we had sleepless nights. Loud music till 2AM and later the staff were dragging chairs. The AC’s throw was poor, so not a great experience there. This was our first time to Kolkata, there was travel desk service/facility and the front desk could not help with basic navigation of the touristy spots.

Great Experience
My stay here was truly pleasant and comfortable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality, and I could see how friendly and cooperative the entire team was throughout my time here. I would especially like to mention Chef Billu, whose food was not only delicious but also prepared with great care and attention. A big thanks as well to Dolly and Swastik, who went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were taken care of with a smile. Their professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I deeply appreciate the effort and dedication shown by the entire staff. It’s this kind of service that leaves a lasting impression. Please keep up the excellent work!

It was a nice property, though a bit inside the lanes. Clean, cool and comfortable place. Food was delicious. Service was good. Hospitable & cooperative staff. I would certainly like to stay there during my next visit to Calcutta.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient and easy to reach. The property was well-maintained with clean rooms and good facilities. The staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay. Food quality was decent too. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience—definitely recommend!

GOOD QUALITY STAY WITH GOOD BEHAVIOR AND MAINTAINED PREMISSES AS WELL. IN ROOM DINING MENU CAN BE BETTER IN OVERALL. SOME RECEPTIONIST (I THINK) NOT UP TO THE MARK AS PER OTHER STANDARD BY THERE NATURE OF DOING THE DUTY. AND AS OUTSIDERS ARE ALOWED FOR THE ROOF TOP AND ITS QUITE BUSY, SO POOL ENTRANCE SHOULD BE SEPARATE. AND OUTSIDERS CUSTOMER CAN BE IN THERE OWN BEHAVIOR, BUT IT SHOULD NOT BE EFFECTED TO HOTEL STUFFS.N MAYT BE THEY ARE FREQUENT ROOF TOPER OR DAILY FINISHER, BUT ITS ABOUT THE BRAND REPUTATION. OTHER THAN I AM GIVING LONG COMMENT COZ I REALLY LIKE THE PREMISES. AND WISH TO VISIT AGAIN
