Staff can be more helpful. I want to check out at around 12:30-1.00PM but staff said no. And I needed a slipper which was missing and room was not clean properly room floor was dirty otherwise good.

I think this hotel is average for money as well as service. I have stayed for three days and night and in one night I came late but nobody is available reception to open the main gate. Gate was locked from inside and I have waited for half an hour and ring the bell but nobody respond so I went another hotel and I have to paid for the two hotel.
