The hotel room was not as spacious at it should be for the price we paid. The linen had blood stains because of which we needed to replace the linen. Post 10pm no one was there in the reception

Property is very clean and good staff. Location is also near to most of the mysore attractions. Breakfast combo was very good and restaurant staff were very welcoming.

Felt good. Liked the room, washrooms. Receptionist was prompt. Would recommend others to stay here. The hotel is close to railway station so that helps and it is easy to get autos and cabs at this location.

Opened MMT and found this as the first option, don’t think too much as too much option reduces your chances of getting a good option! Staff 10/10; Cleanliness 10/10; Room Service 10/10. There is a great restaurant on the G floor, so food is sorted. Parking is ample, LG floor.

The rooms were quite good and the wall colours blended with the neatness and hygiene. The food of the hotel was decent.Parking yard was quite adequate. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Room was nice, it's no less than 3star hotel for that price. Dakshina paaka a veg restaurant was very useful for veggies. The complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel was really delicious

They don’t have a great service and when asked to change the comforter they directly said that it’s a stain which won’t go and also the Bedsheets were torn and the service is not that great and really wouldn’t go here again and wouldn’t suggest it as a even a option to stay really feel bad for such kind of pathetic service by the staff

I have stayed here for a day with Family. Here is my brief feedback about the stay. Positive Feedbacks: Ambience, Service and Room Hygiene. Staffs are well supportive. Hotel area is really good and peaceful. Improvements: Dedicated lift would help the customers movement. Currently they have shared lift which can be utilised by the entire complex customers (multiple shops are there in the complex). Keeping tissue papers at the room would help to customers.

The rooms are good and the ambience is excellent. However, when I asked for more drinking water, they did not provide RO water after the first bottle and instead asked customers to refill it themselves, which I felt was not a good experience. Additionally, we had booked two rooms and requested an early check-in, but they asked for an extra charge, which also didn’t feel very customer-friendly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property is beautifully maintained with a warm atmosphere. The service is top-notch - friendly, efficient, and quick. The food is delicious with rich flavors and generous portions. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
