I have booked room for 4 people and 1 kid. After going to samasth they have provided single king size bed and they said they cab provide extra bed on floor this is really terrible thing to do to customers.

Such a worst experience. Not worthy to stay. 8X8 room size they saying this is the delux room booked. but that's not true. bathroom ceiling is fully fungus. Even wall and floor is not neat. Car parking is horrible. Parked car on crucial turning opposite to this worst hotel. don't judge by the images.

Rooms were not worth the amount that we spent on it. There was a problem with hot water. Outside the room there was a smoking smell. Inside the room the walls were in bad condition. Paint was worn off. Overall a worse experience for a vacation.

The room was not appropriate, we booked it for three guests as i was travel-ling with my family and was allotted only one bed which wasn’t sufficient for the three of us and the regulator of the fan was not working after multiple complaints they didn’t come and change that everything was a mess in short

familyNot well maintained rooms. Zero ventilation and no source of natural light. Not well planned structures, column has provided somewhere in the middle of the room. Cracks and fungus was all over the room walls. They showed the picture of triple bed in delux room and provided only double bed with extra mattress. With extra mattress they did not provide blanket only duvet covers was provided which was not sufficient appropriate for ac room. Over all experience was bad.

No room service, very untidy room with rats outside the room, garbage is kept just near to the room door, poor lightning. Paid 4150- for the room but a complete waste of money. Very disappointed.

Stay and parking also problem there. I booked 6 adult and one child room but they give just double bedroom of 2 nos. That's not fit us. I don't know this is property mistake. But this ruined our trip

I find this hotel in google and the total experience is very poor, i paid 3900- plus tax total 4600- per day because of heavy demand due to dussehra, they don't have food facility, there is no complementary breakfast, there is only one room service boy, he is unable to serve you because he is full busy, hot water facility is there but hot water not came to bath, irresponsible reception,
