Terrible stay. no water in washrooms, telephone doesn't work and beds are broken.

Bed was soft, shampoo, moisturizer,shower gel was there, reception is good looking,lift is there

good atmosphere...

hotel is at City centre, overall good stay at good location but break fast quality need to improve

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect - easily accessible and close to major attractions and transport options.

Great stay in the hotel... It was well cleaned and maintained. Ther reception and staff were very helpful in fulfilling our needs. Would recommend anyone who would like an affordable and comfortable stay.

i was not aware I stayed there before,seeing photographs on mmt it was like 3 star hotel . water bottles were charged.no room service no intercom .it was horrible.i value but not this type of hotel

Location was good.. Room was good... but room service poor.. Break fast was not up to the mark at all.. Same menu both days... No spoon served either... Food not served on time.. Booked a standard room. Provided two Bottles drinking water of 300ml. Toiletries were provided. average room size you can accomodate 2 adults and a kid. location nearby to Palace. better to take uber auto or car if you feel congested in traffic. uber bike also available. Breakfast best if you can take it from Hotel mylari 2.7km from the hotel. Mutton palav from hanumandha hotel nearby 700mtrs walking distance. Though AC had problem they fixed it in an hour. Fan was not working properly. they have parking space upto 10 cars i hope.

Had a wonderful stay at palace inn in Mysore. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location near attractions, and delicious food. Truly a comfortable and memorable experience. Highly recommended for travelers!
