Our stay at JP Palace ITC, Mysore, was truly memorable and filled with genuine warmth. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel welcome and at ease. The restaurant team ensured every meal was comfortable and enjoyable, paying attention to our needs with great care. A very special mention to the housekeeping team—especially Ambika and Lakshmi—who were incredibly kind, supportive, and always ready to help with a smile. We were traveling with a senior citizen and a special child, and the entire team went above and beyond to accommodate us with patience, empathy, and humility. Their thoughtfulness truly made a difference to our stay. Heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their kindness and hospitality—it meant a lot to us.

The rooms were comfortable, the staff was polite, and most aspects of the stay were smooth and pleasant. The property was well maintained and the service was good throughout our stay. The only disappointment was the rooftop restaurant. They advertised a Pan Asian cuisine experience, but the actual menu available was very limited and completely different from what was promised. That was a letdown, especially when expectations were set differently. Other than that, everything else was good and we had a comfortable stay overall.

the property is centrally located. Near to all tourist spots. The food is very good. Had buffet for dinner and it was totally worth it. The rooms are neat and clean. The staff is also very helpful. The welcome drink is very refreshing. The breakfast spread is also good and available on time.

It was a good stay. Property is clean and location is good. Only issue is the waiting time at the reception. They take forever to do check-in and check-out. The breakfast spread is good and the food in the restaurant is also tasty yet reasonable.

Check in and check out was smooth. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Breakfast spread was amazing. My only suggestion is to improve bathrooms in the room.
