Bedsheet was not changed. There was so many small small hairs on bed sheet. Lots of dust. Floor was not mobbed. Toilet jet was not good. Very nice space rooms but not maintained well.

okay, service was not good. The staff was rude and arrogant. management was poor. charging extra price for everything. to buy water from them with 200% more price of MRP. Beer bottles were dropped in front of the entrance. surely not a 3 star Hotel.

Average hotel with good location but service and cleanliness is big issue.Breakfast was average and so was good.

Adequate drinking water was not supplied. Room service not available round the clock. Driver was insulted.

Very old Property don't get cheated by stars. it's not 3 star hote

1. During check-in, we waited nearly 20 minutes in the lobby without anyone acknowledging or assisting us. 2. The property is very old and poorly maintained—worn-out linens, outdated furniture, and an uncomfortable lobby. 3. The buffet was delayed, and basic amenities were missing—no water jugs or finger bowls on tables. We had to pour water ourselves into paper cups. Washroom mirrors were rusted, and the elevators consistently smelled unpleasant. no welcome drink was given to us. not even a glass of water was served as soon as we reached hotel

excellent location. service was average. the room are somewhat congested. no water was provided on check-in. however, I am satisfied.
