Stayed here for a day . Food was fine,Rooms were decent. But remaining everything needed an extra follow-up. There is a lethargic environment like a govt guesthouse or something. :)

Good stay clean room and good breakfast.just wondering i could not find any smoke dectectors or fire exit map inside the room.I think all star hotels should have these safety features.

Bad experience, poor service

We stayed there for one night. After checking into our room we saw that kettle was missing, the television channels were not working fine, had to inform the staff and follow up multiple times (3-4 times) to get it fixed. We had booked room with complimentary breakfast and the timing of breakfast was informed as 7:30 am to 10 am, we went for breakfast at 9:30 am and saw that the items were limited and the staff was not even refilling the breakfast items (watermelon juice) and the fruit section had no fruits left, same with the jam, there was nothing left to apply on the bread. We had ordered lime soda as part of room service the previous and the delivery took more than 30 minutes, overall not happy with the service.
