Good location and amenities. Lifts are very dirty and stinking. Overall lobby carpets also needs to be kept better. Rooms are good and food is also good.

All Good but the 24 hour in room dining was not available,I tried to order some food at around 11.30 pm but was told that there has been pest control process in progress, they should have made alternative arrangements if this was scheduled

Excellent Stay
This is my first experience in mysore location stay. Iam really happy for the valuable services from the whole hotel employees. They are very respectful attitude and they are having more supportive and responsible their duties also. Regarding stay, very neet and clean room and the complementary food was absolutely well and good.

Excellent Stay
We had an excellent stay at Contours Island Resort. On the day we arrived, we were pleasantly upgraded to a lovely room with a beautiful view, thanks to Mr. Abhishek, the property manager. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff were always attentive and available, making our stay very comfortable. The resort facilities, were well maintained. I would highly recommend this place!

Terrible Stay
It was a very pathetic stay, rooms are shabby and old, TV didn’t work (I have photos), poor room service, food was good toh, everything else was terrible.

My stay at the Mysore property was a pleasant and comfortable one. The staff were courteous and helpful . The room was well-kept and enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast .

Not a 5 star hotel.
Stay was okay. We have stayed in club room. Fridge was not working properly. Wash room is small due to bathtub. One have to stand in side the tub for bath, its not comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staffs are helpful. No swimming pool for kids. Auto is not allowed to enter in the campus. Mysore is a small town so the guests will not travel every time by cab. Security guard at gate was rude man.

It was an ok stay at Fortune JP Palace, Mysore. The food is delicious and the restaurant staff is also good, however, the staff at the reception needs to be welcoming. The checkin time for the hotel is 2 P.M but we were not provided the room till 3P.M. The room category i had booked had a bathtub and pool view but the room they provided was road facing without bathtub and the reason they gave was that the property is completely sold out. The don't even have a kids pool. All in all an average stay but not what you would except from a 5 star hotel.

Food is good. We had to wait for the room even after getting to the restaurant after the check in time. Staff is not that cordial. Even our billing was goofed up while checkout.. lot of noise was coming in the room because of some renovation adjacent to our room.. All in all not a favourite stay.

Room quality need to improve . Basic bathroom items are missing like shampoo , bucket , tissue papers . I have found Tv was not working . The food quality is very low and dining area was not cleaned . Thanks

It is a good 3 star hotel. Problem is they are positioning them as 4 star. Pros - 1. Very convenient location. 2. Helpful staff. Cons - 1. Can be cleaner!! The sofa seats in restaurant had old washed out and faded covers. 2. Carpets in hallway were dusty and had weird smell. 3. Room was a bit on smaller side. Had three phones and only one was working. 4. Room, bathroom restaurant furniture and fittings looked like they were in need of renovation. 5. some staff looked inexperienced. Multiple times, the tables were not set up where we sat. This was after confirming that we would be sitting on a particular table! Like I said, for the price point of a 4 star hotel, certain things could definitely have been better.
