Amazing place. The house is very need and has amazing views on one side. Food prepared was great. The caretaker Naveen was very helpful. Best place for a family to stay.

Lot of Insects and Frogs in Bedroom and Bathroom. Will not recommend anyone to stay there. Kids will not be safe. So, vacated the place first day only.

It was very pleasant stay. The property is beautifully done and has all the amenities. It is very close to mysore city and very conveniently located. The breakfast really well made and the caretaker was always available to help. It is a beautiful property and would love to come back again!

It's a villa property outside the city. 20-30 minutes drive to zoo & garden. Property has 3 floors with one bedroom at each level. Ground level & first level bedrooms are proper rooms with bathroom. But the top level bedroom is not a proper one. They have used normal curtains to separate bedroom from bathroom. No walls. And all balcony doors are kind of grill gate. There are gaps between metal frames. And another issue was mosquitoes. For me this property doesn't worth for the money paid.

I stayed at davey's with a group of my friends and it was a brilliant experience in a city i otherwise did not personally love. Here are the specifics: property - it's a gorgeous basement + ground + first floor-ed property which is very spacious and open. For me, ventilation & light are extremely important and this property was a big hit on those fronts. The view is of palm trees and it's just away from the road, enough to not really hear any vehicles but close enough to the city for all your 'touristy' plans cleanliness - the place was mostly clean & whatever utensils/glasses we did use, we woke up to them cleaned up the next day caretaker at home - what i was slightly uncomfortable about was that the caretaker stayed at the property, in the house. He was perfectly sweet & very non intrusive, but i'd have just preferred to not have the thought at the back of my head that a stranger is in the house. Food - although a complimentary breakfast was included, it was on demand (which is great, cause no food will then get wasted) & we weren't big fans of the spread. All in all, quite a lovely stay. Would be nice to have tighter nets to keep all the insects out but loved my experience overall. Is it worth the money spent? not entirely convinced that ~ for a couple for a night.

We rented the 3 rooms of the villa and had a great family time. The manager sachin was friendly and helpful and the cook naveen was good and made tasty food. We preferred to eat at the villa than eating more times out. Though the villa s not more than 5 kms from the city. Good clean place too. The way to the villa which google showed was a shortcut and better not to be taken.

Stay vista is a very professional org that takes multiple steps to process booking as they need to verify certain aspects like all bachelors, any unmarried female visitors available etc. The process takes some time and procedure for a confirmation. But apart from that, the saty is amazing. We loved the architecture of the villa and also location. The service is pretty good and very polite nature.

the stay was comfortable, The housekeeping staff , Naveen was very prompt and helpful throughout our stay. the property is beautiful and very peaceful. some feedback is you can add mesh to avoid insects. and powerbackup for water geyser is a must.

The pet-friendly- place is really nice a 3 bedroom bungalow, built very modernly. Has a very committed housekeeper swami, excellent cook. Swami is here temporarily as the main one is on vacation, he did his best to keep us comfortable. An excellent cook and fab attitude. The house is ideal for a family with a car as the house is far from many things in Mysore. It has 3 rooms all independent, common living area and other sit outs. Pet-friendly, this was the main reason to choose it, though in the end, we could not take our pets. Downsides the place has no fans or AC, so if you are OK with an extremely well-ventilated place you will be fine, else for urban ties like me it was a little difficult. One night due to heavy rains the power snapped, though the place has ups the heavy duty stuff like water pumps stopped as the outage was for 10 hours, hence we didn't have water in the taps. No fault of the owners, but these are the pitfalls of staying in a single owner property.

Booked this place close to Ranganthittu bird Sanctuary. First of all this is not a hotel. This is a pure homestay with a caretaker. We just stayed for a night. The place is big house with three rooms. You have to share the house with two others. This is not a disadvantage because the rooms are separate in different floors. One unique thing you will experience is the architecture of this house and indoor decor and ambience. The caretaker Sujan really showed what hospitality means. He took the utmost care of us and made us feel we were home. The place is accessible from Railway station. But once you come here make sure you have all the basic necessities for your trip else you will have to go back to the city to buy and get. ATM is 1 km away. Medical store is 0.5 km away. Restaurants are 0.2 km away. Next time when I'm visiting Ranganthittu, I shall definitely come as a group and book off the whole house.
