Excellent Stay
The location and stay was very comfortable and the food spread was really good. The only hitch was that Indian dishes were bland in taste. Which can be improved. over all great time

Average Stay
The hotel's room was immaculately clean and its location was excellent. However, the food service was subpar. We noticed that cutlery was simply picked up from other tables and handed over without proper sanitization. Moreover, the dining tables weren't cleaned after each use, which raised hygiene concerns. Additionally, there were no hand towels provided. To make matters worse, the hot water wasn't sufficiently hot, especially considering the weather. These lapses in service detracted from our overall experience.

The Room were decent. Staff was nice . Food was not that great and very much average. We expected more based on the amount we paid and it shows are 5 star in mmt but lacks some of the basic things

Excellent Stay
Been a regular visitor at this hotel whenever I visit Mysuru. I stay here because they are centrally located, have car parking and feels quite safe to walk around too. Food is okay, they have a breakfast buffet, but limited options for Tandoor veg dishes. Apart from that, its a fantastic stay and staff is very courteous and friendly.

Southern star ,mysore was rated as 5star in ur app but it is not even upto 4 star I feel..food was good but stay was below average...dint like much🙄

Terrible Stay
Fails to Live Up to 5-Star Standards On paper, this property is marketed as a 5-star hotel, but the reality is far from it. The service is inattentive, the staff lack basic hospitality training, and the amenities are not maintained to luxury standards. For the premium price, guests deserve much higher quality. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone expecting true 5-star comfort.

Excellent Stay
Hotel is located in very clean, the rooms are big enough for 4 people with extra bed. Pool and spa were amazing. The breakfast was great and too many items to try. One suggestion is , they should make the bar lounge more comfortable. It looks like mini bar.

Excellent but can be better
Liked the area hotel was located and huge open space..One concern was swimming pool water was very cold for kids 😔. Include some indoor and outdoor games to make it stay more worthy fir area hotel has got.Expected temperature control and friendly swimming staff.Another concern was lunch buffet was too expensive for the spread offered...It will be great if you revise pricing for hotel resident customer with few discount.
