Food was ok . Location is good . Bathroom was very poorly maintained. Despite prior information about late check in , no one picked the phone at the property and entire staff ( security and receptionist) were all sleeping and had to be woken up.

Food and location good. But rooms furniture & beds are spread in fungus and dust. Room service not good.

Mainly, the hotel's location is good, as it's near the railway junction, and the food was okay. The hotel room was big, and the AC worked well. There was a lift, and the facilities were good, including hot, cold, and drinking water. However, the main issues were the bed and sheets, which smelled bad, and the door lock, which wasn't good and required rotating the key for 2 minutes to lock properly.

The stay was extremely comfortable with clean, well-maintained rooms and excellent amenities. The staff were warm, helpful, and made the experience truly memorable.

Value for money property, staying there 3 times in a row. Excellent breakfast and guest service. Parking slots are also sufficient. Rooms are maintained good but little old property.

Good hotel and value for money. However toilet and furniture aesthetics can be improved. Breakfast selection is amazing

Room was spacious, and neatly maintained. Food was good

The hotel is very old and needs renovation. There were cockroaches in the bed lenin. Curtains etc are very old and AC was leaking. Too expensive & no value for money. Bed is uncomfortable & rooms smell of seepage

Very old property with somewhat ok-ish maintenance but not up to the mark. AC did not work and the fan made typical government office type fan sound at lower speeds. So had to keep on higher speed despite of inconvenience.

The hotel’s location is excellent, making travel very convenient. Both breakfast and dinner were extremely tasty and satisfying. The hospitality of the staff was warm and very good, making our stay comfortable. The only minor suggestion is that the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and some accessory upgrades, but overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended!

The rooms are not clean and all the paintings and peal off in the room

They have provided the most pathetic room to us even after paying close The staffs are really good but the hotel management should look to modernise the rooms as per the current setup .Its always fine to maintain that heritage looks but then you have to keep it clean as well

Location of the property is close to railway station. I did not opt for food here. Amenities are basic. Services I did not use. I used the property for stay only

very well mannered staff, the property is bit old. has lots of parking space which is clean. restaurant serves good food and is not very crowded
