We stayed at Radisson Blu Plaza Mysore this weekend, drawn by its reputation and prime location near Chamundi Hills. While the property itself is well-maintained and offers scenic views, our experience was marred by noticeable gaps in staff coordination and hospitality. Despite the brand’s stature, the service felt disjointed—requests were often delayed or missed, and there seemed to be a lack of communication between departments. What stood out even more was the staff’s reluctance to receive feedback. When we tried to share constructive suggestions, which was disappointing for a Radisson Blu Plaza Mysore of this caliber. The infrastructure and amenities are solid, but the human touch—the warmth and responsiveness that make a stay memorable—was lacking. With better training and a more feedback-friendly culture, this Radisson Blu Plaza Mysore could truly live up to its potential.

Overall, I had a great experience at this property. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to reach nearby attractions, shopping areas, and transport hubs. The food served at the Radisson Blu Plaza Mysore was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options to choose from and was very well presented. The property itself is well maintained, clean, and gives a comfortable vibe throughout. The staff were also courteous and attentive, which added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Mysore and had a wonderful experience overall. The food was excellent with a good variety, and the hospitality and service by the staff were warm and attentive, which made the stay enjoyable. The room was comfortable, but I feel it could be improved further — especially the furniture, which seemed a bit dated. Would definitely recommend for the great service and dining.

Location is excellent. Food could definitely be improved. We ordered in room dining and the accompaniments like papad were smelly and caused bloating. In breakfast menu too, taste was missing, it was too bland. At least a couple of items like batoora didn't feel fresh. We got a free of cost upgrade that was a nice touch. General hospitality and response quite good (on par with 5 star experience).

The stay, staff co-operation, room condition and facilities were all top notch, gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi steam sauna was also great. Food was awesome - I liked the freshly prepared dosa and butter croissant most, hospitality was also good. I do not know if coffee cups were there, if not having the more traditional ones instead of the larger mugs would be more pleasant aesthetically. Thanks

It was a short and memorable stay this time at Radisson Blue Mysore, because I have got an upgrade to a Suit room as a surprise. Really appreciate Mr Kaushik on this and I really enjoyed the short stay at Radisson and planning for a longer stay during December 2025

The interconnected rooms were spacious for a family of 4. The facilities in the Radisson Blu Plaza Mysore are adequate and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food was good but pretty expensive/overpriced for the quality and taste.

The Radisson Blu Plaza Mysore is good. Excellent location. Great ambience. Good 👍 place to vacation. The food was good, though the non veg items need some betterment

Stay was very pleasant, rooms were tidy and Radisson Blu Plaza Mysore never disappoints us with room upgrade generously, breakfast spread was very good, hospitality overall was wonderful

my stay at Radisson bly, mysore was excellent..even though we stayed just for a night, the staff ensured it was comfortable. great hospitality from John and Jude..will definitely visit the next time we re Here.
