Decent place, good service, inhouse veg restaurant, geyser was effective , very comfortable stay...

Helpful staff, hotel is near to all most of the tourist attractions like zoo, aquarium, palace, Sachidananda ashram, Vinayaka Mylari. The hotel is well maintained. Only small issue i had was I could hear noises from corridor inside room, the door was not sound proof.

The service was very bad. We booked for 3 people but only a double bed was given and a mattress which was in really bad condition. The service was bad too. Kettle wasn’t working.

The hotel is decent with a good location and the rooms are big enough. There are few areas to improve like bed sheet was tonned, for house keeping/room service we need to ask everytime in reception although there is room service button available. Parking is quite challenging but the staff were helpful.

Room was neet and clean, it's very near to zoo and Mysore palace

It was nice stay, very near to downtown, hotel stall very good. Many restaurants near by the hotel, easy to get texi auto and bus by near the hotel. 1.5 kilometres away from bus station. Safe and cool place. I will stay again here in the future

The property location was great. The food was outsourced and not prepared in house. There was no Parking. Wifi worked in the hallways but not inside the room itself. There was no smoking room as mentioned in the inclusions.

Not much to say about my time here. There's a problem with the parking, and they said there's a hairdryer, iron, and other things available if we ask nothing is available.

Average - Wi-Fi not working, TV do not work.... Not value for money.. No one turns to the room after raising a request

Excellent location as it is in very close to Mysuru Zoo and other tourist sites. The property is located in a residential area. Cleanliness is ok. More attention is needed in reception counter. Room is not spacious. They charged me an extra amount for a kid of 12 years.

The room and amenities were nice. Staff were friendly. However, when we ordered the food they gave us 2 rotis but charged for 4. When we called to complain, no one picked up the call. Later while checking out, we had to pay for 4 rotis. Apart from this, everything else was fine.

hotel are good but while returning to rooms at evening, rooms are dirty and not clean , while informing reception get feedback that no cleaning staff available for cleaning, hotel are good but need to focus on cleaning , food facility not available
