Hotel Grand Serene

The property is well maintained and clean. The only issue I faced is with restaurant. Takes lot of time in executing the order. Rest the service and staff is courteous

We stayed for a day with family (including 1 year baby ) ,Stay was good .Staff were supportive . They provided high chair for baby in resturant , baby food also they prepared based on request .

It was a good stay, the ac stopped cooling during 4am-7am, apart from that everything was good. Friendly staffs and cleaner rooms.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. The bar and the restaurant was excellent.

Despite the rating being above 4.5, our experience was quite disappointing. The rooms were not clean, the bathrooms had drainage issues, and most notably, the staff were not courteous.

Although the property has a rating above 4.5, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we found the rooms to be poorly maintained and lacking cleanliness. The bathrooms had persistent clogging issues, making them quite inconvenient to use. What was most disappointing, however, was the attitude of the staff — they were unhelpful and lacked basic courtesy, which significantly impacted our overall experience. Unfortunately, the service and hygiene did not meet the expectations set by the high rating.

Rooms - Good, Breakfast - Pathetic, rude staff, at Reception service - extremely average, check in was uneventful but the check out time was horrible. One Valet who’s hardly in his place, so pretty much no valet parking.

I had a better stay this time than the previous stay. Paid equal amount for two rooms but got allotted with one smaller room. In addition the AC control was not at 214. The guest (bro in law ) told me that he had a tough time without AC( completely off)after mid night.

The room provided to us was very clean and luxurious room service was excellent food at the 4th floor was good complimentary breakfast had lot of varieties . Roof top swimming pool was one highlight with the city view.

We had an excellent stay at the Grand Serene. The rooms, restaurant, staff everything was top notch and ensured a great experience.

Many times I have been to mysore and stayed in couple of hotels..i think this hotel is new hotel..thumbs up to cleanliness in rooms and common spaces..it was very clean and neat..we had ordered food to room ..it was really delicious..liked all the items v had ordered ..it was tasty..the only thing which has to b improved is breakfast taste..i found decent variety of items but it was lacking little taste slightly..also wifi was very bad..it was not at all working and also tv channels..after we come to room the guy comes and recharges 4 channels of our choice..he took 20 min for dat..all these services needs to be improved..parking space is not planned properly in basement..challenges to park and remove your car..

Property in main location. Many important tourist places are very near to Hotel. Hospitality is good.
