Hotel Grand Serene

Many times I have been to mysore and stayed in couple of Hotel Grand Serenes..i think this Hotel Grand Serene is new Hotel Grand Serene..thumbs up to cleanliness in rooms and common spaces..it was very clean and neat..we had ordered food to room ..it was really delicious..liked all the items v had ordered ..it was tasty..the only thing which has to b improved is breakfast taste..i found decent variety of items but it was lacking little taste slightly..also wifi was very bad..it was not at all working and also tv channels..after we come to room the guy comes and recharges 4 channels of our choice..he took 20 min for dat..all these services needs to be improved..parking space is not planned properly in basement..challenges to park and remove your car..

had a great experience at this Hotel Grand Serene. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. The location was convenient, and everything was easily accessible. I also appreciated the smooth check-in/check-out process. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay – would definitely recommend to others!

I had a better stay this time than the previous stay. Paid equal amount for two rooms but got allotted with one smaller room. In addition the AC control was not at 214. The guest (bro in law ) told me that he had a tough time without AC( completely off)after mid night.

It was a very good stay.Positives- Clean rooms,hot and cold water supply,polite staff and always ready to help,restaurant food good Negatives- No fridge,tv channels are very few,ac difficult to operate,wifi speed pathetic

The room provided to us was very clean and luxurious room service was excellent food at the 4th floor was good complimentary breakfast had lot of varieties . Roof top swimming pool was one highlight with the city view.

Staffs are really polite n always ready for help. Rooms are super clear n spacious. Swimming pool is clean. Food is also great. Over all 5 out of 5 rating.

Rooms were ok. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was very ordinary. For the rate that was charged I was expecting much better but it is ok. Location is closer to many options for food, recreation

Property in main location. Many important tourist places are very near to Hotel. Hospitality is good.

Clean and nice room with good hygiene. Buffet Breakfast provided was also good. Hotel is situated near to KSRTC bus stand and Mysore palace.
