Although the property has a rating above 4.5, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we found the rooms to be poorly maintained and lacking cleanliness. The bathrooms had persistent clogging issues, making them quite inconvenient to use. What was most disappointing, however, was the attitude of the staff — they were unhelpful and lacked basic courtesy, which significantly impacted our overall experience. Unfortunately, the service and hygiene did not meet the expectations set by the high rating.

Rooms - Good, Breakfast - Pathetic, rude staff, at Reception service - extremely average, check in was uneventful but the check out time was horrible. One Valet who’s hardly in his place, so pretty much no valet parking.

I had a better stay this time than the previous stay. Paid equal amount for two rooms but got allotted with one smaller room. In addition the AC control was not at 214. The guest (bro in law ) told me that he had a tough time without AC( completely off)after mid night.
