Hotel infrastructure was good but there is no responsive staff literally there was no water facility properly and no hot water .fans and AC was not working properly and even TV was not working

we reached on time at 12 pm but the room was not ready until 3:30. dont know if they had taken extra booking and managing the room. The lift was not working . we had to ask for each and everything be it towel, soap nothing was placed before. they gave only half a liter water bottle for one room. the service phone was not working at all. the taps in the bathroom were leaking . nothing good i can say about this hotel. thanks

Hotel was in very pathetic condition, not at clean room was not maintained well, there was no staff to maintain no power whole night and there was no ac and fan in the room i prefer not to book this room please if anyone want to book think once it's my request

Hotel service is not good. Not provide hot water also for my baby. Daily cleaning not done even dustbin also not clean every day. Not provide water bottle also after 2 to 3 reminder then provide water

The room allotted to us initially was unhygienic, there were cockroaches in the room everywhere. We requested to change the room, another there was no ac nor a fan working. We were shifted to third room it was then ok and not so satisfied with the overall stay. Disappointed.

No proper maintenance. Lekage in washbasin tap. Bathroom door not properly closing. Flickering of couple of lights. This is the worst hotel, it is not clean, no proper room service/hospitality. They did not even provide the complimentary breakfast as mentioned while booking a classic room. No water bottle, towel, nothing,

Rooms were kind of ok. Not so good as the bed sheets and pillow covers were not changed and there was dirt and smell. Bathrooms were little bit stinky. There was no proper restaurant for the food with in the hotel, but the location of the being situated in the middle of the city, we were happy yo find the options. Overall the stay was average and i would rate it so.

The room was tidy and calm, with soft bedding. Staff’s warm approach added comfort to the stay.

We booked 2 rooms. The location was prime but the room was not clean. The water glasses were dirty, fridge had cockroaches, bathroom were okayish. Didn’t think much as we had to spend only couple of hours.
