We would like to inform you that your stay coincided with the Dasara festive season, during which room rates are comparatively higher across Mysore due to peak demand. Even so, we always strive to offer our guests the most reasonable and fair rates possible in comparison to other hotels in the area. Regarding tea and coffee service, we would like to clarify that both are available in the mornings upon request. Guests can simply call the reception from the in-room telephone, and our staff will be happy to arrange it promptly. This information is also provided in the room instructions for guests’ convenience. As for parking, we do provide designated parking space outside the property, which is under 24-hour CCTV surveillance and monitored by our security personnel to ensure the safety of our guests and their belongings. Thank you for your feedback! Our property is located in a peaceful residential area, surrounded by yoga shalas, which many of our guests find ideal for a relaxing stay. We are just 3.5 km from the city centre, 3 km from the railway station, and most tourist attractions are within a 10-minute drive. Additionally, restaurants, shops, and fruit stores are all within walking distance from our place. We understand you feel distance is far and some may feel not ideal but our location is perfect peaceful ideal for some guests.

1) rooms are so small, unable to accommodate additional bed; 2) no room service available from 6pm to 9am for any reason, no people available in the slot; 3) anything happens for the things kept outside the room, they fight to collect money from us. 4) these issues make me to think twice for booking this hotel in my future travel to mysore

Our rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate two adults, but they may become congested with three adults due to the room size.Hence we do not recommend 3 adults in 1 room. But as you were okay with staying 3 Adults, we arranged for the stay for the 3rd occupant in the room. We do not offer food facilities at our property, and as such, we do not have room service. However, we do provide coffee and tea facilities from 8 AM to 6 PM, which was made available to you and was offered to you during your stay. Please note that our reception is available 24 hours a day, with security personnel and CCTV surveillance to ensure the safety of both our guests and property. Regarding the charges for damaged items, We noticed that the cups and saucers provided in your room were found damaged. As per our policy, we had to charge for the damage. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we decided to waive the charges, even though the damage occurred in your room. We hope this clarifies the situation. Thank you for your feedback. I recently stayed at sai inn and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the hotel felt safe, perfect for women travelers. Night security and a 24/7 front desk gave us peace of mind. i found this property in makemytrip app. This property is excellent to stay. friendly staff. cleanliness is 100%. Very close to mysore town. Parking facility and security is there. A calm and quiet atmosphere. I didn't like their spring bed( personal opinion.) overall, it was an excellent stay.
