All good and clean it's worth staying

No dedicated parking and poorly maintained rooms with no geyser working in one of the rooms.

The location was prime but the rooms are old , and lacks maintenance. Nevertheless it was neat . They don’t even provide drinking water . Since we spent only nights at the room it was bearable . For the location and the budget it was 5/5.

Not hygiene maintained

Receptionist is very calm. No extra questions. She just get you the keys. Property is little old. But the bedding and eminitys are good

The room is not clean, the bathroom taps are dirty. When you go inside, it feels like you are in a public toilet. Even though it is a very old building, what is the problem with maintaining cleanliness?

Hotel Staff is very good I must say.few amenities are not there like T.V and A C other wise property is great and good view and center of Mysore city all the tourist location are near by the hotel.

It was not clean. Had poor experience . Bathroom was terrible..chairs are not clean ....it shows 3 star hotel . Misleading

It was nice but washrooms were little dirty and some bugs were roaming around the room bedsheets were not so nice hotel ambience is fine but not satisfied with it expected a lot. Discount please

The hotel stay was pathetic, lacked hygeine with soiled linen, smelling rooms and no tv as well only location is good.

Cleanliness is the only plus point of this hotel and view. View from room is good. Room service they have to improve. Despite knowing the weather conditions they charge extra amount for room heater. No breakfast added, and drinking water quality is questionable. Guisser is available for hot water only for bath. No coffee tea arrangement no facility available to get the warm water. To go to any place nearby no auto available. Food and all are available in common canteen, food quality at that much price is average. They have to improve their customer service communication. Overall my experience is good.

We three got a good room at hotel, hotel reception boy was very nice, we reached little early but they supported us for refreshmnet

The hotel viceroy is good for stay. Rooms are good. We can see palace through the sunshade it's so amazing

wonderful stay in a clean and well maintained hotel 🏨 in the heart of the city just in front of the Majestic Mysuru palace.

Bathroom was not clean, ac wasn't working. Building corridor was fully dusted. No proper assistance.

Excellent location, service and courteous staff. Nice spacious rooms too. Good value for money.
