Ginger Mysore

The maintenance was poor. The flush button cover fell down. no fresh tissues were kept in the room. Bedsheets had lost their 'White charm.' I have stayed in other Ginger properties... this was really an unacceptable standard from Tata's

This is a fine hotel with resturant. The premise is very neat and clean. The rooms are excellent, well furnished and in good working condition. Sufficient parking available for about 10 to 12 cars. Overall a good hotel located in a silent locality right inthe middle of the city, close to palace and other tourist places.

Facilities, room was not cleaned, I need to inform them about room cleaning. Staffs were very rude , toilet not cleaned, drilling work was going on at night time. I have booked 2 rooms with senior citizens and a kid, I have requested a connecting room, didn't get. In a whole it was a poor experience, would suggest not to showcase this hotel at makemytrip. Also one more important thing, first time I saw any hotel without a door bell.

Stay was good. Very convenient location. Bed was not so comfortable, room was little small for the price paid. Staff were courteous. Great food, enjoyed the breakfast buffet Need to revamp their interiors, washroom needs deep cleaning.

Good location with close proximity to palace and zoo. Food was also good for the cost they charged. Also they gave the interconnected room which was very comfortable for us as a family. Staffs are very much knowledgeable and helpful.

Good location near palace and zoo. Maintained well and neat though a few places one could see some paint peeling. In all a value for money. However during peak breakfast time its chais as there are few people to serve or clear tables

Our stay at Ginger Hotel was comfortable overall. The location was convenient, and the amenities were up to par. However, we did face an initial issue with our room allocation. Upon checking in, we were provided with a room that felt too small for two adults and one child. When we requested a larger room, a staff member named Mohan initially came back with excuses, explaining that the larger rooms were reserved for bookings of three adults. After a lengthy discussion and explaining our situation, he understood our need for more space and moved us to a bigger room that was much more suitable for our family. We truly appreciate his assistance in resolving the matter. To prevent such issues in the future, I would strongly suggest that Ginger Hotel and MakeMyTrip (MMT) clearly specify the room and bed sizes during the booking process. This would help guests select the appropriate room for their needs from the start and ensure a smoother check-in experience for everyone.

the hotel property is in a pathetic condition, The staff is okay but Renovations go on when a guest stays. the hotel f&b rules are weird. They do not know which guest room is which and provide bills. There is no property manager. Pathetic experience

Good hospitality, Supportive Staff, Clean room and Excellent food. Good breakfast spread, Dinner was also good. Stay was amazing. Thank you Ginger Mysore Team.

It was overall good places near to the main market and Mysore Palace. Pricewise can be better little expensive but overall worth.

Location of the hotel is good. Clean and neat. Food is good 👍.

The room was subpar. Hygiene, especially pertaining to the bathroom, was of questionable standard. If it were a cheap room, I would have still been fine with it. But the overall tariff for a workation room (9am to 5pm) was 1.6k. That's not cheap by any means. So yes, I believe the authorities need to step up.

The breakfast was welcoming and tasty with a good variety. Staff is polite and helpful. They assisted in local travel assistance as well. Rooms are okay , not luxurious but no complaints , 24 hr hot water etc toiletries in place . Overall a nice experience and stay

Beautiful stay and the hotel staff is very friendly and approachable. I appreciate the breakfast provided and the very committed staffs. We reached midnight and there was a person to welcome us during that time too. I am very happy with the stay in Ginger. Thanks a lot😍
